As already said, nets and devils is clearly Rossi...

NJ Nets and NJ Devils.

I like Original 10's chat, is he relatively new ? Always posts very briefly, and never replies, very mysterious

Oh yeah, what happened to Mystery ?

hes been dropping info for a couple of windows now.

i prefer his style tbh, no need for fuss and hanging around for plaudits, and verifying sources and all that rubbish.

Diarra again? :-|

Guess I'll have to just have to deal with it and hope that he proves half as good as he is made to be (which is a more than he has ever shown) and lives up to his potential (which to be fair was a lot but he's never quite done it). I'd be disappointed if that was really the way we were going with it, but it looks like it is.

Could you clarify something for me please.

Do you actually know something and just haven't got round to verifying your credentials with the people that run this site so that it can be taken seriously?

Or are you just prone to making enigmatic statements that don't necessarily mean anything at all?

Not saying I think one or the other..it's just that with so many try-hard ITKs about that really know nothing, it would be nice to clear this up once and for all.

He has had his info posted in the RO section by the mods previously

I agree he's a bit overrated (and has a pretty poor attitude).

Sandro is better than him so he'd hope he'd fill the Palacios 2nd half the season role/Jenas first half instead of...the backup DM or partner for Sandro during some tough games. If Modric stays, Modric, Huddlestone, Sandro, Diarra would be a pretty nice CM stable.

Has there been much speculation about Hernanes leaving?

Should be our #1 target even over a forward, because he's that fucking good. But at 11 million we can't afford him. Harry and Levy wouldn't be able to pull him off with Roman's reserves they're so cheap and stupid

This!

Even though you think I'm an Arsenal fan, WUM and what ever else.

Haha, yeah, me too, minmum fuss, bing bang bosh, done. Next.

Diarra has played out of his skin for Madrid on quite a few occasions, he isn't overrated in the playing sense, but he is a slight concern with his attitude. i actually think, all he wants is regular games. He's like an Ohara except on a bigger level ! I don't remember hearing a peep out of him, under Harry at Portsmouth, when he was starting every week just about.

Madrid fans love everything about him, on the pitch, and really don't want him to go. Mourinho rates him very highly, also shown by him playing 30 odd games last season. He just hasn't had a part to his career where he plays week in week out for 2-3 seasons at a very good club, and I think that is what is important to him.

Vidal or Diarra would be quality signings and I would be delighted with either.

If we can get £35m for Modric and get in 2 quality midfielders..........it really could make us stronger and either of those guys would be a great start.

Still need to get at least 2 strikers though.

Here we go the fuck again. Same old fucking players. Lassana Diarrhea hasn't made it at a club yet. He's failed at Arsenal, Chelsea and Madrid. The only time he's been worth fuck all is when he was at his level, which is a small as club like Portsmouth. He'll come here and be shit and want to leave in a year. But hey, Harry seems to have given the fuck up on scouting since he left that shitty south coast team and he can't be bothered to look at anything he hasn't seen before. The great thing is we will go and sign all his shit old players and when he gets fired for a crap start in September, we'll bring in fucking Mark Hughes and start the pain all over again.

Lassana Diarrhea

I don't know why but this made me laugh so hard.

Vidal is just as good as Modric, and Leverkusen have to sell now or they will lose him on a free. We can pick him up for 10-15M, if Modric leaves. Another really good one is Ricardo Montolivo.

Rossi would be absolutely brilliant, fingers crossed.

Your right, he never made it at Chelsea and Arsenal. At Chelsea he was pretty young, and they had a superb squad at the time with the likes of Essien in the peak of his powers. Arsenal were mad to not try him more, Wenger would kill to have Diarra back now I reckon.

Diarra has made it at Real Madrid though. He is no less than a Fletcher, or a Park, at Man Utd, or a Keita at Barcelona. Mourinho didn't want him to go, neither do the fans, they love him, even with the recent flare ups. I think I respect a player that isn't happy to play 30 games a season at Madrid, and wants something more, presumably football rated, given that he can have the fame and glory with Madrid, whether thats to feel a bit more like a main man, to play week in out, or generally at a club that makes him happy.

Diarra was class vs us!

Good player would love him not at the expense of luka though I wouldn't mind telling Jose : 20 mil plus Benzema/Higuain/Di Maria and Diarra for luka win win situation we get an uber striker and a good cm! Luka gets his wish to leave and we don't sell to Chelsea!

He's nearly 34. Can you really compare a 34 year old to a 25 year old on a 6 month contract??

I think you have a screw loose mate.

If Drogba was good enough to still play at the very top then Chelsea wouldn't get rid would they?

Oh, but no, fans like you are happy to take cast offs if you can bask in the memories of when they were great players with many playing years left.

Someimes I just don't think some fans care about us becoming top four mainstays.

Of course you can't compare a player in their peak and a player nearing the end of their career but it would be viciously short-sighted to assume a player like Drogba would be ineffective. Some of our most effective signings have been players that were signed in their 30s. Ask Ledley what playing alongside Naybet did for his game, or Carrick with Davids. Gallas was a monster for us last year, even our most retarded fans who didn't want him to sign purely because he came from Arsenal should admit that.

No Drogba wouldn't be at the top of my list but I would be delighted to have him join. He's world class, even at 34. Age really doesn't matter as long as you take care of yourself, Drogba does just that. He's a winner, just like Giggs.

By your thinking VDV, Robben, Van Nistelrooy are all worthless then, purely because of their age and/or they were sold on by big clubs?

The only times I have seen Diarra this year was against us and Barcelona..........he was excellent in both.
Gave Modric and Messi a game and that's good enough for me.

Maybe you can point out to me where I said he would be ineffective?

My point is that it's not a balanced deal.
