JJ tweeted tonight "I wanna give you devotion" with the music emoji, referring to the song by Nomad. Now, maybe he was just listening to that particular track and wanted to let the world know. In the case it was some sort of ITK or cryptic, please help me out as I'm not very good at that.

Not everything the dude says is some riddle to be solved about Spurs transfers. Don't stress too much!

Just to anticipate and avoid future noose-tightening, often in the past when we've heard a deal is "unofficially agreed" or words to that effect, it has taken up to or over a week to be announced. JJ himself made clear that he isn't sure when it would be announced, but I would be mightily surprised if we heard anything before the next game... possibly even the one after that. This does NOT mean it isn't happening and that the ITK is anything other than solid. So thanks JJ!

Also, I doubt he'd have come anyway. I appreciate this won't be a popular opinion, but I personally believe there was more appeal for Cabaye at Palace than with us. It comes in the form of Pardew, game time, and being a big fish in a smaller pond.

So, I appreciate we may not have wanted Cabaye, but he also probably didn't want us. Seems odd his name keeps coming up, tbqfh.

I take it from JJ's comments about Cabaye (not wanted) and Nigel (being bought) that Poch wants Nigel.

I'm certain Poch has been making plans for Nigel .

Is International clearance needed for Nigel and, if so, how long does that take?

If he comes through the Channel Tunnel about an hour.
