But seriously, an ITK obviously thinks that the chances are good based on what he’s heard. But he doesn’t want to put his knackers on the line, not reveal his hand. A Cryptic doesn’t give anything away because as you’ve seen it could mean anything.

50/50 if we sign the player we normally do. If they sign for someone else or don't leave we might never find out since it may come up again.

The ITK tells the admins the player or topic but say it is not for public and the admins come up with the cryptic to share.

I can see you are new here. You are close. Usually its at the end of the window, and they tell us about all the players we nearly signed, but could not get over the line.
