Its never because we deserved to. Never. But as soon the club fuck up, THAT is down to us.

I've always found that very strange.

Now if United & Chelsea hadn't fallen away you'd be sharpening your kebab knife and rushing to apply it to the managers testicles. But how would it be his fault? Its simply that those clubs never fell away.........

Very very strange. I must have taken too many of my pills :(
Come on A&C. We finished on 70 points. In how many years would that make top 4? 90% of the time, we'd be on the outside looking in. That standard Poch teams collapse we suffered would have destroyed our season in any normal year.

Oh get a grip. This is clueless stuff. How anyone can pitch this season negatively is beyond me. If you want a joke of a season there's plenty of others we've had you can criticise

It's as if the league was more competitive this year so getting to 70 points wasn't as easy?

Either way... we finished in the top 3. The players that played for us are therefore top 3 players.

Going on the ITK stuff, I like Mason, he was good for us last year and rightly got into the England squad. It seems like injury has affected him this season so I hope we keep him and hope he uses his summer to get back to his best, would be good depth to have (but we should also buy at least one more CM)

We drew way to many times, we couldnt get a point off a relegated side. We dropped the most points from winning positions. We bottled it miserably.

In normal year, Leicester would have finished with 40 points. Where did you account for the extra 40 points they got ? In any normal year, we compete with 6 teams around us. This time, its 8 including Leicester & WestHam. So, to finish on 70 points this season is more tougher than finishing on 72 points 2 seasons before.

Oh its fucking alcohol. Give me a break. Everyone of us has went to work hungiver at least once. He was pictured in training on Thursday. The day after Sunderland stayed up. He was cleary there.
I don't give a flying fuck if it was alcohol or not. If you're paid that much money, you be at work when you need to be at work. IDGAF if it was alcohol or if it was because he missed his plane because his dumbass brain couldn't work out what time he had to be at the airport for his flight ... that much is irrelevant to me. He is a massively (over!)paid employee and he shoudl be at work, fit to work.

I was out on Saturday night at an event that we were running, i was obliged to be there, to socialise, drink and such with clients & guests until 5AM. I was back at the venue at 9AM lugging garbage, on my knees rubbing wine stains out of marble floors and generally making sure that all was well since it was all ultimately my responsibility. Got back 9PM after a 12 hour day on 2 hours hung over sleep. I am not paid a fraction of what Danny Rose is, if I can get my ass out of bed to work on a Sunday so can he.

Ive checked within my now very small circle.

The Danny Rose info has been poo pooed somewhat. Apparently he was just a little under the weather

Indeed. This points total crap has been discussed at length before (mostly by those hell bent on defending AVB).

It's irrelevant. The only important comparison is our points total compared to other teams in the same season.

or maybe the collapse was due to the position we were in, being safe of top 3?

If you are going to specify the name of one manager connected to total point tally, don't leave Tim Sherwood out of it.

Coincidentally that's my excuse for when I party too late and miss my flight home.

70 points have been enough for top 4 for at least every second season. The league is also much more competetive compared to five years ago.
