You've probably just stumbled upon the right answer there.

Daws off.
Whatever it is it must be a blooming' complex deal, did you ever see the formula for how they stopped their bullion tumbling down a mountain side?

Daniel Levy Croker "Hold on lads, i've got an idea..."

Cut to: Dramatic cliffhanger (quite literally)

Are we linked to anyone named Charlie or Cliff or Bridger? I've got it we're signing Benny Hill!

AhhHaa, Daws - off, Benny disappears on a bus chasing himself in a skirt then gets arrested by the Italian constabulary.

I'd have said it was a reference to The Kinks' - "this is the village green preservation society" but we've already signed Davies...:)

Stobart is convinced Dier was a Sherwood guy and we signed him based off his scouting. JJ says "NO" when someone asks if it was true. Im alot more inclined to believe JJ.

1st of all I emphasized "cleared" as well as "alleged" in my original post, thereby implying that he may have been innocent. So I don't need you to point it out.
2nd - Where I come from, people (especially pro athletes, celebs, actors, etc) get cleared of murder charges simply by offering a hefty settlement to the accuser. Getting cleared by the cops (i.e. charges getting dropped) and being proved innocent in the court of law are two very different concepts.
3rd - In my world even putting yourself in a situation where you may be associated with rape, gang rape, etc., is enough to sully your reputation for life, yes.

Finally I concluded my statement by a "my opinion" caveat.

As ridiculous as it may seem to you, I have my opinion and I'm entitled to it. Just like you're entitled to yours. ;)

Well in this country, where Remy plays, we have a justice system where you are considered innocent if found innocent. That's to protect innocent people from the exact thing you're doing. And there wasn't a settlement, he was cleared.

Can we have this Remy discussion in Remy Chat thread, please ?

You're right! (y)

Good to know mate. ;)

I'm from the US as well, so don't start with the patronizing bullshit. He didn't offer a settlement, he was cleared by the court of law. This wasn't a Jameis Winston situation.
And there have been cases where the accuser just wanted the money, so "putting yourself in that situation" is essentially saying if you have a lot of money you shouldn't have sex.

Take a chill pill brother. You're way too uptight. Nobody is patronizing you. You took my whole post out of context.
Ultimately this is not the thread to discuss the merits of the justice system anyway, so I went ahead and deleted the pertinent posts. Good night.

PS. Oh yes, and I'm not from the US. Don't make assumptions based on what you've read in my profile.
