This morning Winks has been pulled from the U21 squad and Oduwa has been recalled from Rangers.

With the ITK about Fulham wanting a player(s) on loan from us, there are signs the Dembele deal might be happening!

Think Oduwa has been recalled as not getting the expected playing time at Rangers
Additionally I thought i read something in here a few days ago saying Fulham couldn't even take layers on loan due to a trf embargo but I may be wrong.

I'm sure I read that Fulham are under a transfer embargo so can loan but can't sign players. If the news that they want a player from us on loan is true then I agree it might be close to happening.

Or Winks could just not be involved because of the Leicester game.

I thought I read that they weren't allowed either loan or to buy. Not 100% certain though

Looks like loans are allowed, although Fulham can't be seen to be 'paying' for the loan.
Let's put it this way, if there's a loophole to be found, Levy will get it done!

hkspud on coys: I am in no way ITK but I've been told by a friend with contacts that it's berhanio and its close... This guy told me about Paulinho before it happened (then news of our contact was made but he confirmed it was in the bag)

dont think hes a wum, its taken seriously on coys at least (of course if they didnt they would get a ban)

Berhanio sounds more exotic than Berahino

It was close last summer too. Many even said it was done and they werent sure why it hadnt been announced yet.
