Well well well, if yesterdays plethora of positive ITK doesn't come to fruition I think SC will explode. What a day. ITK by the bucketload and we await with baited breath any snippet thrown our way today.

I drove into the Shell garage this morning and asked the employee for £15 worth of gas. He farted and gave me a receipt.

How can i be sure about Huntelaar and Farfan??
I know that clubs have spoken and players have spoken. I know they have agreements in place.
I said the other day maybe i had tunnel vision regarding the 5 players i gave and was to dismisive of the other sources information. Maybe they have been looking elsewhere but make no mistake farfan, huntelaar, Tasci and Diarra should be tottenham players when the window closes. Afellay is the only one i worry about.
Regarding Cudicini;
I havent posted it in the forum; didnt think it was big enough news.
(Cudicini may be going to Celtic)
IIRC Bill_Oddie actually broke the Celtic stuff

The Peanut started what was to become hot news on Adebayor

It's been so complicated, unbelievably difficult.

When asked "Not happening then?"

Quite the opposite. But not done yet. Just saying it's been a long and painful road. I don't really like speculating but I would be surprised if it didn't happen now.
Then POTL said that Adebayor...........

Is blue..
Of course he is. Fucking astonishing. Yet one or two lemmings lapped it up.

Then on SO waddlesgod with a lengthy post.........

Some bits I've been told...
Adebayor is 99% done. Didn't say what the last 1% is but it's been a long protracted deal.
Diarra 75% likely to happen at this moment in time. Lots of work already done on the deal. Lots still to be done tho.
Palacios will struggle to pass a fitness test but they're hoping Stoke will take him never-the-less. £16m offered for Crouch & Palacios.
If Adebayor arrives, Crouch is likely to be sold.
PSG are seriously sniffing around Kaboul and suggested fee is pretty big, altho they think he'll be worth £25m in a few seasons time. Cahill would be the preferred choice if Harry decides to make the most of the money on offer for Kaboul and Cahill is available a lot cheaper than the £17-18m currently discussed in the media.
Club are convinced Walker will be Englands right back for years. Not sure if he'll start against Man Utd tho as they have doubts defensively about him and Lennon being too open.
Gallas three weeks away.
So there you go, take it or leave it. As I've said before, can't tell you who told me but some people will vouch for me on here as not being a complete bullsh*tter. The tediousness of what I get told means there's very little glory involved
Aferwards a few ITK's agreed with this post, including Archie and POTL

Then ROger Morgan posted what was pretty much all opinion rather than ITK. So we'll swerve that.

Then archie on a few different things

When asked if he is in the 25 man squad
no chance of getting a squad number... only just back at the lodge!
Ta ta
this may go ona while longer.. as you know bids in but player waiting on Seville to up offer
Re: Luka in the team on Thurs
no
When asked if he is injured
niggle
Re: our wage limit
someone mentioned that they assume that the wage budget is at club level
as much as the point is valid in they have an amount that works salary wise for the squad there is a limit on an individuals earnings

there is an upper limit that has indeed been extended but this also takes into account agents fees and signing on fees.. In essence though Levy is trying... It dont help though with the negative tension
Re: Who Harry is in Holland watching tonight
(Óscar Cardozo)
And that was enough to keep you occupied for a while

Until this

If anyone on here wants Adeybayor in a Spurs shirt.....get excited. Terms all agreed.
At which point SC exploded.

We await developments with anticipation.

I was recently told that the best way to make a cup of tea was to 'Agitate the Bag'.

So I woke up and shouted at her; "Two sugars, you fat bitch!"

And now for a message from a certain ITK

A certain ITK would like to see you make a donation to help keep Spurs Community running. He said.....

Red and yellow and pink and green
Purple and orange and blue
I can sing a rainbow,
sing a rainbow,
sing a rainbow too.

A CERTAIN ITK SAYS HAVE YOU DONATED YET? WELL HAVE YOU?
EVERY LITTLE HELPS!

BLUE & YELLOW WATCH

.IIRC Bill_Oddie actually broke the Celtic stuff
Just to get the order right for when we score the ITKs later - the Journo originally mentioned that Cuducini was off, BO confirmed a minute or 2 later and said to Celtic after which the journo said he hadn't known the destination.

On the back of POTL's info last night it would be great to see Adebayor in a Spurs shirt today.

Can't help but feel we'll still want to shift a few before we announce anything though. If Cudicini goes that's another off the wage bill and out of the 25. It's a shame the Dos Santos deal is dragging as it would be good to have him off the books as well.

Interesting ITK on Cardozo as well. Presumably he'd be our competition for Adebayor. Would certainly be good to have two 'big men' as we can't rely on one for the whole season.

The one we really need to shift is Bentley. Massive wages.

Levy needs to take a big cut on him too.

I agree with this. If someone were to offer £5m for him or in the region of that, he has to go.

I thought Hutton would have been the first out the door to be honest, there's interest there from Villa. So why's he still here?!

Please finally a signing today.
Now if we can get Rossi/Lorente and Diarra I'll be a happy camper.

I doubt Levy would take £5m for bently though.

Not really. You can't only have 2 GKs in your squad (especially as one is so ancient). We'd have to name Alnwick or Button (who are both over 21).

Probably because Cuellars move to Rangers has fallen apart... Maccleish said the money they raised covered Nzogbia, Given and Bent... IF they sold Cuellar they would of used some of that to buy Hutton...

Cheers for the round up A&C.

Let's hope Adebayor is at least in contention for the United game on Monday!

Guys, firstly, Adebayor hasn't been signed yet and secondly, where he will play, when he will play and which shower gel he uses after a game is stuff that can be discussed in his own thread.

As for Kranjcar, no ITK today so there's a thread for chat about him too.

Your continued co-operation is appreciated. Thankee kindly.
