Just to note, Hercules has been verified with us for a chunk of this transfer window. He isn't going to go into the Read Only by request and will occasionally pop up with a comment such as above, pay attention to what he says and give it the same respect as you would any other information please.

We'd also appreciate it if you took what he says at face value and left it at that, for example, when he says its all good, that's what he means, launching into a guessing game as to exactly how good or what signings it's all good might mean is pointless. And as is the case with all SC's ITK's who actually post on here, he won't be answering questions either.

Regarding bolded: is that about KWP or a new RB signing?

I'm a bit confused did you mean two named targets for the wing forward or did you mean two like Barkley and that?

I'm sure Robs comment is purely based on our record signing looking likely to be announced today. I wouldn't get hopes up for another signing today. However the comments from Hercules are very promising and JJ has remained positive all window. I think the next 2 weeks are going to be very interesting and exciting.

A lot of people probably think after Sanchez it can't get any better but I remain positive that it will.

Poch wants a pacey forward badly. All may depend on Janssen, who Poch wants to keep, plus add. Told 2 specific named targets, and talks happening. Indications are very positive. To clear up the Janssen situation. He wants games, and don't mind backing up HK. Not sure if he will be the same if another one (No.9) comes in.

Would believe if Daniel has to sell him it will be for more than he bought him, and buyers prepared to pay. Note on KWP. Do not worry about RB signing. We may see him come on as sub in midfield, as well as LB. very highly rated.

Thanks Hercules and also thanks to A&C for clearing up your status. Even though I didn't ask, I feel bad because I've had similar questions. A lot of confidently stupid, or well meaningly misguided, folks around mixing up those who know better. You always seem on top of things and anyone willing to share is ace in my book!

If we buy a pacey forward, how quickly before pundits start asking why we don't play a 4-4-2? Very excited that ITK is perking up as is everyone on here. Hope today is a great day for all Cheers!

Sorry mate I admire your optimism, but Tripps had a season or two of prem football under his belt before we signed him and now has plenty of first team experience. KWP had played no first team football at any level before last weekend. I think what you have written above is actually quite insulting to Trippier who is a 26 y/o experienced pro.

I dunno. If you've got it, you've got it, no matter what age you are (The Man U kids etc). But yeah i agree Trippier is obviously well ahead at mo. Hercules suggested that even if we sign a RB then KWP will still be in Poch's plans anyway so it's all good. I just personally think that if money was an issue, I'd rather spend the £30m or however much on an attacker rather than a RB, if it was a direct choice between the 2 positions. Would happily have both though!

On a separate note, it's nice to see happy posts in this thread for a change. Positive itk is definitely good for the health.

Impressive ITKs since yesterday.

Sanchez signing will be an upgrade & hopefully we can get a RB, (Aurier ?) & Barkley done. These 3 in itself will make this window a great transfer window. If we could actually bring in a good pacy forward for Janssen , then this has potential to be the best one in long long time.

But then, for now one at a time. Looking forward to Sanchez announcement soon.

Well, with Sanchez plus Aurier and Barkley (assuming they do sign) our squad strength in depth will be remarkably improved, not to mention our flexibility during games. Having, so far, only lost Walker the squad as it stands will improve through the experience of the last two years. This season is really looking to be very exciting. #COYS!
