Thanks @Gb160 & @luRRka it looks like Hercules provided the info, but didn't say game changer. That was Gyid who added the hashtag and also mentioned it later in the the thread. Anyway the Hercules "no goer" must have been Sessegnon which means he's also the Game Changer that Gyid was talking about.

I made that part crystal clear so that you'd have to be a cross between a simpleton monkey and trigger from only fools and horses to misunderstand it :D

Ladies and gentlemen, throw trigger a banana.

Even @andyp8080 would have got it ;)

Haha apologies for being a numb nut. Serves me right for skim reading straight after opening my eyes

Maybe Uncle Joe told him to go all out.

Would love that to be true.

Honestly though, with such a huge capital project ongoing, if ever there was a time to invest to secure the team as a product worthy of its newly elevated surrounds, it's now (best development manager in world football? Need to bring extra fans to Wembley then new stadium...).

Just can't believe it though.

I would usually agree, but the ITK has been saying that the Martial rumours have legs, which means there's a chance that Rose could be going to Man Utd

Obviously all speculation, but there's a possibility it might happen

The recent ITK suggested Rose wouldn't be sold. Might as well hand the title to Manchester if so. As other suggested, RS probably a front 3 option

Who first mentioned the 'game changer' thing? I thought it was Hercules, but I can't find his post when I search for it. Or was it only Gyid who said it?

All I'm worried about is that if Hercules is right he better not cut his hair, ever!!

the thing about poch is that hes the master of transforming fullback. turned a 17yo luke shaw into a 30m(then) player. turned walker and rose to top class. trippier to the next level.

i have no doubt that poch will turn RS into a top full back. but i highly doubt we can buy someone like martial. if hes available, seriously. lets fucking swap him for rose

Yeah, and Messi, what hasn't he said about him?
If you believe YahooSports France apparently ManCity are saying stuff about him...

JJ has already put the coffin on Keita. Diop I think we can safely assume is not a priority if we are gunning for these three.

I think it's refreshing to see a player commit to a new contract with the club that nurtured him for the sole purpose of leaving them with more money when he leaves. He could easily have made it easier for himself by winding down his contract.

Seems a good kid (y)

I wouldn't be surprised if in his contract that he signed, there was a clause that he would get X percentage of any transfer fee. That way it's win win for him and Fulham for him to sign that contract then go for a large amount months later

:rolleyes:interesting... reignited interest, a player who was not obtainable in the past! still remember Tim Sherwood showed his interest on Messy a few years ago..."Lionel Messi will be nice":sneaky:

Aurier to improve us now, Sessegnon for the exciting potential and Barkley to add some depth would be a very good window in addition to Sanchez. Let's hope they've been done this week

As someone posted further back in this thread, where Foyth and Sessegnon are concerned, maybe there's a realisation that if we don't buy then now, at the clubs asking price, we could be blown out of the water when going back for them at a later date.
We are just catching them before they realise their potential and get price tags and clubs chasing them, that we just can't live with. Perhaps not originally planned to be impact for this season, but looking at the bigger picture instead.

But could Ajax really get much more for him later on? Diminishing returns, surely?
