And you all really believe we’re going to loan him back for 2 years? ???

We have been aware of him from 16 years old. We first spoke to them about him season before last, and we both felt it was best he spent another year at least there. We spoke and agreed we would see how he progresses this season, and take it from there. You have new agents with their own agendas, which is not always in their client’s Interest.

I feel I have to refute this bull crap coming out of his mouth, fed by his agents. I prefer the other similar player we are talking to, that won’t come cheap. No guesses please!!!

Sometimes it is best just to leave it without speculating with nonsense my friends.

I repeat: NO GUESSING!!!

Thanks herc, as always.

I find it interesting that we're looking at that position at all - assuming JK would have come to play on the left hand side.

If it wasn't for his surname, people wouldn't look at him like he's all that. Read that he has a bit of an ego on him, which at a young age is worrying. 10 goals in 30 matches in the Dutch league is nothing crazy

Form Hercs latest it does seem we are very much in the market for a young WF. Be interesting to see were this is on the list of importance.

I'm not going to guess, but what position does Kluivert play? I assumed he was a centre forward like his dad.

I don't get why didn't we contact him last summer and decided to the deal with Ajax without his knowledge?. Loaning him for 2 yrs and getting him for 15-20m was such a good deal.
Well, I believe it is tapping up if you speak to a player under contract without the club’s permission. Perhaps the prohibition is intaleague only?

Think you just asked the club permission to talk to the player or something like that.

LWF, he’s primarily right footed but is a little like Son in that he’s quite two footed. Personaly I would choose Pulisic over Kluivert if we are looking for a young wide player.

I respectfully disagree - he is a good player and I don’t believe he has the hype that Memphis had (Memphis is a superior player as well). Kluivert is regarded as a promising winger who was one of the more creative in the Eredivisie and scored some quality goals. I don’t think he’s billed as a world beater- and a slight ego is good for attacking players. Look at Dele

Pulisic is the better player now, the higher ceiling and has the marketing appeal to boot...if attainable, it’s a no brainer to prefer him to Kluivert, IMO. The question is, how attainable?

Surely Kluivert would play similar position to Sessegnon. Don’t say he’s a wing back...they don’t score 16 goals a season. Know who I would prefer

I wouldn’t really choose ether as I don’t see how they get anywhere near our starting line up and we need to be looking at players who can take us forward. but if it had to be between the two and we are looking specifically as a wing forward I would go for Kluivert as he has better technique and our attaching play relies on that.

It was, added to the fact that I’m taking max dosage of cocodemol for a knee replacement I had on Monday, which still bloody hurts by the way!
How do I remove it?

Snap. Absolutely trashed on Oramorph, Tramadol, Codeine & Ibuprofen, because of having reconstruction of a torn rotator cuff & re-grafting of muscle/tissue in my left shoulder last Wednesday. That's why I've suddenly got the time to be on here. Normally at work 6 days a week, bored shitless already.

Good luck with the recovery fella (y)

As for @Hercules news about Kluivert Jr, never seen the lad play but, as he suggests, and as I've seen others suggest in the transfer thread about him. Is he actually any good. Doesn't appear to be
