Snap. Absolutely trashed on Oramorph, Tramadol, Codeine & Ibuprofen, because of having reconstruction of a torn rotator cuff & re-grafting of muscle/tissue in my left shoulder last Wednesday. That's why I've suddenly got the time to be on here. Normally at work 6 days a week, bored shitless already.

Good luck with the recovery fella (y)

As for @Hercules news about Kluivert Jr, never seen the lad play but, as he suggests, and as I've seen others suggest in the transfer thread about him. Is he actually any good. Doesn't appear to be
He’s good, but not for us at the moment

I’ve seen Kluivert play quite extensively in a work related situation and wasn’t amazingly impressed. De Jong was the star of that show most of the time

Where did you have your knee replacement done? Had mine done at the Pilgrim getting on for 5 years ago. I had a few problems at first and they stuck me on that knee bending machine. Didn't have a drain in mine. Chap called Motka if I remember right was my consultant. But I was up and walking on it in about 3 weeks and, touch wood, have had no problems since. Bend well past 90 degrees.
You won't have any problem with your knee jerk reaction if this window all goes wrong then.:)
Seriously though I don't know anything about Kluivert but I'm always sceptical of sons of star players as I've never really seen one reach the same level, sons of footballers possibly but not star players.

And you all really believe we’re going to loan him back for 2 years? ???

We have been aware of him from 16 years old. We first spoke to them about him season before last, and we both felt it was best he spent another year at least there. We spoke and agreed we would see how he progresses this season, and take it from there. You have new agents with their own agendas, which is not always in their client’s Interest.

I feel I have to refute this bull crap coming out of his mouth, fed by his agents. I prefer the other similar player we are talking to, that won’t come cheap. No guesses please!!!

Sometimes it is best just to leave it without speculating with nonsense my friends.

I repeat: NO GUESSING!!!
Cheers Herc. Interesting indeed. Personally I think for his age range and development Justin Kluivert is near the bottom of the quality you would get for the cost it will take to prize from Ajax. He has some skill and could light up Roma for a week or two, similar to Under, but not enough that you would trust them throughout a season. Look forward to whom, if anyone, we bring on there.

Coops, are you a stuntman by trade? I recall you going through serious health problems several years back!? Speedy recovery...

I’d much rather Pulisic to Kluivert, though I’ve seen much less of the latter admittedly. If we are going for a wide forward from Germany, the only player I’d maybe have over Pulisic is Leon Bailey. Either of those two would be a great signing.

Hope you feel better soon.

I'm not sure that's a fair comparison. How many players are as good as Patrick Kluivert? Even if Justin doesn't reach that level he can still be a good player.
Oh, and one example is Maldini.

Aw shit, I was watching some recent NLD goals on Sky earlier, and I really wanted him to come home.

Come on Danny boy, get it done!
