ali z: We certainly will be busy i expect Barkley, Gazzinga and Foyth will be ours plus maybe 2 more but a lot of ifs and buts i players moving on other club getting targets, hard to get names but am trying, not heard anything about JS and sessengon still told next year.

This sounds more realistic than some of the optimism about surprise signings in the last few days.

Possibly 7 new signings? I don't want to remember what happened when we last signed 7 new players although in this instance the players we're targeting are the players poch wants...or is that an assumption by me?

Think ali z's latest post is most realistic and likely outcome.

Would be disappointed if we dont get a replacement for Walker and a pacey attacker.

I really hope Ali z's info isn't as good as Hercules or Gards on JS and RS. Have yet to see him saying anything about them being a possibility. Too much other ITK not to at least having a go at both of them.

But that's a debate for another thread.....

You don't fancy signing the Beatles again?

We had no signings a week ago. Getting four in would make be happy--more and I'd be ecstatic.

If you consider the revenue received from those of the seven we sold and the value of those we still employ, we've made a very healthy profit on those seven.

I can't quite see it either but the majority are seemingly a fair way down the line according to some ITK.

Barkley, Foyth, and Gazzaniga sound very likely, Aurier starting to gather a lot of momentum in the press too.

Sancho would be a sneaky move on the development front, no massive fee or anything there. Thought he was Arsenal bound but we'll see.

Sessegnon and Balde even seem to have been long standing targets.

In all honesty I'd never heard of Foyth, Gazzaniga or Sancho before this transfer window opened.
Tbf I heard of Sancho and be happy If we get him. The other two are meh.

Only wanted a RB & Barkley this summer and I'm still holding hope we get them
