Hercules said he wasn't coming to play in the u23s, if he signs. Also as well as being homesick was he not wanting to leave City because of lack of first team opportunities?
I would have thought he would be on our bench at least some of the time.
As an academy player he will probably be able to be added to squads for Cups and Champions League ... I think(?) the difference between him and Dele was that the latter had a lot of first team football under his belt even though of course at a lower level.

Funnily enough, hertyid got asked pretty much that exact question on COYS. He replied with;

Has he he ever played a PL game? He's not going to push Eriksen, Alli or Son out of the first team. Massive talent but a baby.

Does anyone know why according to ITK we've practically signed Gazziniga, and to a lesser extent Foyth, and yet neither is announced. We've 'signed' Gazziniga ages ago. We had a few suggest it was so he wasn't the first signing but now we've signed Sanchez does he have to be the last? What's levy telling him..."look we will sign you, but like....only once we sign enough other players no one realises we signed you, you're a bit embarrassing..."

Could be another 'Charlie'. When we signed Corluka, the announcement was made late in August. But when the club posted a photo of him wearing the shirt, some clever chap downloaded it and looked at the metadata. The photo had been taken in the first week of August iirc. Yes it's possible the camera had the wrong date set, but as it was official, I'd doubt it. No explanation was ever forthcoming.

I don't disagree. I would certainly not have thought in the first team but around the squad and getting minutes and the rest is up to him. If he trains hard, works and impresses Poch and the coaches the door won't be shut to first team opportunities. Only my opinion.

So this week it looks like we might get a firestarter rather than a gamechanger. Not being up on such things, can anyone tell me if we have any insiders at Holly House or wherever THFC get their medicals done these days?

Are we 100% sure Levy's trip to France is just for Aurier?

Draxler is also available, he is also a gamechanger. He has pace which is what we need or has this already been dismissed?

No one has posted any validation of why levy was in France. He could have been on holiday for all we have been told ;)

Twosips, (A highly regarded Man City ITK on Bluemoon) about Jadon Sancho:

"Big shame this"

Seems to confirm that Sancho wants out.

Galahad from COYS

"A prodigy will probably sign on the dotted line on Wednesday. Says a lot about the reputation of THFC in general, and Poch in particular, that we can attract a youngster of this quality. The club are very excited to get him into our setup. They, and many other experts, think he'll be a star."

Quote this
You know, I never did like Tuesdays. Waste of a day really. Why not just scrap it and call today Wednesday? Better than making today "Pre-Signing Eve".

Very excited and hope it is the player we all think it is but I am staring very intently at that word 'probably'. As is the way of Spurs anything that can happen, will happen.

Hardly need to be ITK to know he wants out though. Him refusing to train and moving back to London sort of give it away

Reading Sancho thread on BM which is 162 pages long, he got the hump at not being taken on the summer tour and so is playing up and didn't show up to training. Hopefully his attitude doesn't stink as his talent was being raved about until this happened.

We are not privy to the facts though. He may have been given assurances about going, being aprt of first team plans and instead, witnessed the opposite. Or as you say, he may have thrown toys out of pram, he is young after all.

Let us wait and see, he may not even sign for us yet.
