What's the rule on waiting for a work permit for a stamp?

@SpursOfficial

We are delighted to announce that @daosanchez26 has completed his move to the Club subject to receipt of his work permit later this week.

Great news on Sanchez. I actually have a very good feeling about. Feel like he's gonna be solid for us

My guess for the rest of the window is that:

The next signing will probably be Jadon Sancho, possibly later today.

If Aurier happens, he'll probably be in a couple of days.

Then on deadline day, a possible Barkley and maybe a winger.

Edit: I forgot about Juan Foyth. IMO he'll be in the next couple of days aswell.

100% agree. If anyone listens to the Football Ramble they were absolutely glowing about him this week and thought it would be one of the coups of the summer if we snatched him--something they do that sparingly for players with more potential than actualized talent (though he already looks to be a talent too)

Unless this WAS the Prodigy

Now you'll have people googling Prodigy songs for track titles that sound like smack your Gazzaniga up.

I suspect our next signing will be Sanchez's work permit. Some franetic exitement will follow, an out of the blue wonder signing will appear possible in the last 24 hrs, it won't happen and the transfer window will 'slam shut'.

Has there been ITK that Sancho is signing soon?

Sanchez, Aurier, Barkley, a Pacey Forward and Sancho would be an absolutely outstanding transfer window.
A real ambitious statement of intent
Would be very, very confident for the coming season.

Yes, at least 2 alluding to him signing today plus some Man City ITK suggesting he's already done.

The City ITK didn't say Spurs. Just that he's gone etc. Me, I'm still not convinced it's us vs those twats. Hope we've got him though chaps!

Might be before deadline day.

Would be a pretty awesome window for us if this all happens.
