I know you are a good keeper of considerable ability, but me also being a "dodgy" keeper I have simpathies for him. Playing infront of 50-100 people was a nerve racking experiance, yet alone 36,000. Having said that he should never wear a spurs shirt again.

I've never met Alnwick before either, I just think he's too small for the top level.

I'm not bullshitting and there is no wind up. I've never once said anyone was signing, or mentioned any fees, that is purely a presumption by others.

Well if the president of his current club don't know, we aren't going to know any time soon!

i think forlan cud be ok signing but my overriding feeling is we are after wrong uruguay forward.. i know napoli are going great guns but cavani wud be immense signing.. either way i cant see us signing striker untill all top teams and teams with serious moeny and wages get their team sorted first. then and only then can we feed on the scraps..

only reason we get forlan is cos top clubs wont be keen and wrong side of 30! oh to get a top striker in his prime wud be unreal..

Could be us. Unless by good he meant in terms of money. He did reject Galatasary though and I think they now have a lot of cash to spend so could offer him high wages.

we did go for Cavani last summer but someone didnt want to pay the 15 million Euros....

If that's the only offer he's had, surely we would be able to tempt him.
