The Parker Vs Diarra talk can go into one of the player thread, what ever one you want to pick. Just not here anymore

To be fair, this is the second time Chris has asked so if he gets ignored again he'll probably tap you on the noggin with the banstick* and you couldn't in all honesty blame him.

More importantly, why doesn't Chris have Charlie in his neato Spurs roster sig? Does Charlie owe him a tenner or something?

I really hope its Cahill and not Samba. Cahill and Dawson would be an amazing partnership, both contenders to start for England. And we'd always have Kaboul, Gallas amd King when fit.
If Cahill comes, id expect Bassong to go.

I'd rather partner Cahill with Kaboul.

Cahill would be a massive upgarde for us over Bassong.

Cahill, Dawson, Kaboul, Gallas and King (when fit) gives us some great options at CB.

I really don't get the CB thing if Bassong doesn't go. I think we have good players there.

I've thought this all summer. It has last minute swap plus cash deal written all over it. Bolton won't be Seb's first choice but when push comes to shove he'll go, and at that late stage Coyle will take a ready made replacement along with a bit of cash to make a late move himself. Either that or we could chuck Pav or Bentley in the deal.

How about Bassong, Bently and a couple mil. We get a tidy center back, they get a ready made replacement, Bentley would do well at a club like Bolton plus we asave some money on some wages in long run. Win Win....

Im going to fax them the offer has anyone got some official THFC letterhead?

Good news RE: a CB from Archie. Cahill I hope.

Has Archie previously given any CB names does anyone remember?

Cahill would be good because it means we could get rid of one of the Jermain(e)s, as well as Crouch and Bentley, and still make our quota.

Can't say for sure, but considering that he's deemed surplus to their requirements, I'd be surprised if we didn't have the option

I wish the Journalist is correct. Diarra, Tasci and KJH would be some truly great additions to Adebayor. Don't really fancy Farfan though.

Does anyone know if the loan deal with Adebayor is with a view of a permanent transfer?

COYS

Not for sure but numerous sources say we'd have a £12m option. The difficult bit would be getting him to cut wages though I imagine.
