The sensible thing to do is to keep Gomes and have Cudicini and a promising young keeper fighting for spot 2.
If Gomes makes a mistake,he is dropped and the best of the other 2 comes in.
We also have the benefit of a young player learning from 2 very experienced keepers.

Monaco are going down so I wouldn't be surprised to see us linked with their keeper Stephane Ruffier, outside of Lloris he's been the best around in France this season and they'd have been down long ago without him.

Lloris is one of the highest rated young keepers out there.
