I would have no problem dropping £54m on this guy. Will look like a bargain in 12 months.

Martin's is one of the fastest players around, if we sign him, it makes up for us missing out on mane IMO. Exactly what we need, but I'd assume there could be complications with release clauses/ownership issues?

It's the salary, not the fee...most players that cost 50M+ are going to have a high wage...but this guy most likely doesn't...
