Good morning ITK'ers. Did the early birds among you enjoy the 'dummy' thread? :) Here's the real one. Enjoy.

Last night I was driving home and as I was going across a bridge, I saw a girl about to jump off.

"What are you doing?!" I asked

"I'm committing suicide." She said

"Okay but before you jump, come in and suck me off, just as a goodbye."

After she sucked me off, I said

"Why are you killing yourself when you can give a blowjob like that?"

"My parents don't like me dressing up as a woman." Eek

Shall I give you yesterday's ITK now? Probably for the best..........

First up POTL, still on COYS I see. Nice to have immunity isn't it?

Blue- Wages still the issue.
Yellow- Trying to Negotiate fee. Lack of willingness from other clubs to meet fee or show any concrete interest are working in our favour.
Diarra- Looking more likely as the days go by.
JJ- Correct has been offered an extended deal- mainly as happy to fight for a place/be a squad player.
Hutton- Will go to Villa.
Bentley- Like trying to shift Ice to an Eskimo.
Gio- Agreed sale to Udinese.
Then, from SO, Archibald spoke.....

Adebayor- Read my original post... loan with option to buy with `Man C picking up some of his wages.. No medical as yet but close to being finalised.
Diarra- issue with wages still i believe but again close..
LLorente- no idea
Samba - waiting on BBurn
Nice one

Then Dragon1 started off about Samba but driften on to Adebayor........

cash plus players, adebayor deal still hugely unlikely due to his wages despite media sayingh deal close its far from the truth
All very contradictory. This Transfer Window is starting to reek of January. We get promised all sorts of exotic names and end up with zilch.

And late last night or in the early hours of this morning, Roger Morgan gave us a few titbits.....

Can't confirm anything on Damiao but we seem to have put a lot into courting this boy so maybe it is on for January.
Heard that still some way adrift on Adebayor and Diarra wages. Adebayor waiting on Real Madrid before he commits. They want another striker and he's on their list, though they really want Neymar. If they don't get a nod on Neymar for January they will go back in for Adebayor on loan. All hinges on Santos.
We have offered Bassong and Bentley plus cash to Blackburn for Samba. Steve Kean was at Old Trafford tonight apparently watching Robbie play for Cosmos in Scholes' game, so I guess that is a fluid deal with Blackburn bring offered all sorts of player permutations in return. I am told they are in a mess, with deals being set up by a variety of agents, one of whom is Brazilian and is trying to push all sorts of foreign players their way. Keane would prefer proven Prem players and there is something of a fall-out between him and the owners (couldn't see that coming!).
Coleman cracked an ankle playing for Everton v Villarreal tonight and should be out of the opening day. Harry was there, as said elsewhere. Rossi got a cracker I'm told, but won't be sold as they have blet too many stars go already.
And that was all from our ITK's yesterday.

In other news..........

The Metro would have you believe that Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has tipped Tottenham as potential surprise challengers for the Premier League title

The Mirror are saying that Tottenham are asking for £20m from Stoke in exchange for striker Peter Crouch and midfielder Wilson Palacios. The Potters are willing to go to £18m.

The Times report that an estimated 14 SC'ers can no longer make love to their partners due to the stress brought on by Spurs lack of activity in the transfer market.

The Sun have that figure at 459

Back to the Metro who, in a desperate bid to fill column inches claim that Liverpool's Joe Cole could be on his way out of Anfield before the start of the season with Paris Saint-Germain usurping Tottenham as the leading candidates for his signature.

Talksport reckon that Tottenham's attempts to bring in Real Madrid midfielder Lassana Diarra have been so far foiled by the former Chelsea, Arsenal and Portsmouth anchorman's wage demands.

Metro's desperation went further when they claimed that Joey Barton's future appears to lie with either Arsenal or Tottenham after the transfer-listed Newcastle midfielder priced himself out of a move to boyhood club Everton.

Back to the Mirror who say that Tottenham are ready to revive their interest in Villarreal striker Giuseppe Rossi and could bid £28m for the forward who eluded them in January.

Former Spurs goalkeeper Erik Thorsvedt is baffled as to why more SC'ers do not donate to help keep Spurs Community running. "It's the best Spurs site in the world, so chip and and enjoy it by clicking the link below"

ERIK SAYS HAVE YOU DONATED YET? WELL HAVE YOU?

SC needs your help! Do you sit on here spamming the life out of the thread? Is this the first thing you log onto when you get to work in the mornings? Then please help us keep it going by making a donation!

EVERY LITTLE HELPS!

For God Sake sign someone :bang::bang::bang::bang:

Another say of deafening silence awaits in our quest for some signings.

Still a trip to WHL this afternoon should take our minds off it for a while

t this rate we are looking like Crouch and Defoe up front for Everton, Man U and Hearts (unless Harry risks the kids) I guess Pav could start any also. No VDV till Hearts 2nd leg being reported.

That's enough to make me cry!

The annoying thing is that if we dont sign anyone we will hear that we tried to sign X, Y & Z but their wage demands were too high. Ive got to be honest that I would take Gyan & Rodallega over Defoe & Crouch at the moment.

The ITK just doesnt seem positive at the moment and with VDV out for a while it isnt looking great at all!

I should have thought they would have learnt their lesson now by having lesser known strikers in place so if the bigger ones do not fall into place, we are not left w no time to react. If itk is correct, we are systematically moving on when we know someone is not willing to come..so keep the faith.

Yep, my mistake. Though in my defence, Danny1 has one in his sig and it is related to the lack of transfer activity.

:bang:

Looks like it's contagious.

:bang:

Really hope Levy can push through a deal with Rossi. If the price is £28M he's going to have a hard job getting that price down, especially if we really did offer them £35M for him in January.

My money is safe.

Roger Morgan (whom I thought must have been dead) has me thinking we are close tonobody. And he knows his stuff. Akqayid is about to lose my faith in him.

The thong is we may be close to sign someone, but even being close can still take awhile to finalize if its just one small bit that needs agreed. I don't for one second think we are not out there trying to get someone in

Is it me - or would anyone else prefer us to go get Leandro than pissing about with strikers who are not mad keen to come and are haggling for huge wages?

I seriously believe the future of all itk's is on the line now. If we don't sign anyone, I think they should all be banned from every spurs forum on the Internet.

But none of them have said that we've actually signed anyone, just that we're looking.

I don't get why everybody gets so hyped up for the whole of every transfer window when it should already be so obvious that all major transfer activities happen on the last day of the window...

Bipolar anyone?

Fuck me it's taken a dip in here this morning.
It's been buzzing along over the past few days but the come-down appears to have kicked in now.

It ain't over just yet guys. Granted, it's getting increasingly hard to maintain an air of calm but surely, SURELY, they can't fuck up another window?!

I don't think we can do that. The transfer deadline has passed for international transfers from Brazil.

Hi everyone just want to say that this is why I love being a Spurs fan, you can go away for a fortnights holiday and not miss a single thing, as far as I can see we are exactly where we were when I left two weeks ago.:)
