Clearly we think highly of him, as Levy is not the type to pursue someone for so long unless they're worth the time. Out of interest, who does make big profit or infact any profit in in football. I havent really studied that side of it so wouldn't know but I would think if the owners are about making big profit I would say they are in the wrong game. I think without those ties Levy lets Leandro go, we've never seen him actively continue to try for a player when ITK's have said that the goalposts keep moving. I think the relationship is what has kept this deal going for so long, that and the exchange of information gives us an advantage in figuring out who is worth the investment.

BC your obsessed with wages, it's almost as if you think no other club has to pay them apart from us! How much do you calculate that David Bentleys transfer cost us, or Darren Bent or even Modric. Fact is players cost money and wages. Buying a striker for £20m and 80k a week isn't going to turn us into Leeds, even Aston villa afforded this for Bent!

I know exactly who is his source is/was. It was Darren Bent's dad as they played golf together now and then. He quickly grew tired of having his balls washed by the 50 or so hardcore members on that tiny forum and wanted more exposure so toddled off to COYS.

Otherwise, you'll forgive me but reading that as just someone who doesn't want to give up his badge and is parroting a bunch of rumours already posted by others or from the media.

That's not to bash him but considering I even know who his source was, and if he still gets info it 39th hand via agenda-driven agents, Darrent Bent and then his father, dubya tee eff.
