Is it confirmed that the storm was stadium related?

Its sad that the club could indirectly benefit from this stupid situation.

No it hasn't been confirmed. Guess work by somebody. No doubt we will hear from him again soon as we haven't had an update from Him in a while. Player or stadium, anything would be good news at the moment.

On the other note, somebody has to gain from the havoc these scum of society have caused.

Friedel has worn 24 in preseason but on the club site it still has him down TBC (To be Confirmed) so Diarra could wear 24.

That's his first post IIRC

So 100%.

lol...so Friedel is 24

Didn't Ohara use to be 24? probably just thought he would make himself look good with an educated guess...anything but though

The game vs Bilbao he had 'Friedel 24'. If it wasn't a confirmed number, it wouldn't have his name would it? I know alot of friendlies players wear what ever number, but not with their name as well

Despite the apparent disagreement over the small details, it seems that Diarra is/will be a spurs player very shortly. While this is a very good signing that undoubtedly improves the quality of our team, we still need to get this striker sorted very soon.

Like I say, I'm very pleased with Diarra because of his quality and the options it will give us, but the thought of watching that lot up front again this season fills me with dread. We are so bloody close quality wise, but we must get that striker.

I honestly believe that we could push the scum out this season. We have been just behind them for 2 seasons now and have beaten them twice during that time, this season we could finally move ahead.

It could quite easily change if need be, though unless Diarra has specifically demanded 24 I doubt they would do so for any other reason.

Zarute + Diarra + Ruiz would be a fairly successful window, I reckon
Zarate and Ruiz both aren't strikers though.

Adebayor/Llorente + Diarra + Ruiz would be a very good window.

Adebayor/Llorente upfront, Ruiz can also play upfront should we convert to a 4-4-2 and can also fill in out wide where he is dangerous and Diarra will give us more steel in the middle too.

Would be over the moon with them 3 tbh.

Diarra in for Palacios would be a great bit of business.

I'd also like to see (as many of us would) - Jenas leaving with Livermore promoted to the 1st team squad.

Why? What has Livermore done here or on loan to
Suggest he is ready for first team duties? (please
dont use the Barcelona goal from last year!)

Signings like Diarra make this so clear as he may have the work ethic but lacks A Diarra class
