i dont think it is...i think he will be sold

trying again for dembele (big, powerful)...is a key sign too imo...

VDV will score plenty of goals without crouch because he is class, however crouch will never score enough goals for us & literally offers us "an option"...

we can get a better option imo

It would make no sense to get rid of a player you know and trust. We might upgrade but defoe and pav will go first.

Ngog is going to Liverpool as part of the Henderson btw and they already have Gyan and Campbell to play as lone frontmen.

its well documented that sunderland will want a striker or two, specifically a target man, crouchie was considering them before we went for him too apparently...I think he'll go.

They have the money for fees and wages.

Surely Leandro will be our 'strong & powerful striker' replacement for crouch,

and being one that can actually head the ball and play on the floor, not just another heskey (i hope)

Asamoah Gyan to Spurs.

Harry spoke about him before the season ended

No way Sunderland sell another striker and go into the season with Ngog alone.

Prefer Dembele to Gyan definitely. Dembele, Leandro, and a veteran and I would be ecstatic.

I would have happily taken him in January when we desperately needed a striker.

But now going into another summer i'd hope our extensive management team would be prepared with a shortlist of quality/last years Falcao's/emerging berbatovs.

Gyan moved for £13m didn't he?. Sunderland would want profit on that.

He's good, but not that good.

we may have enquired about gyan as we tend to get desperate at end of window time but he wont be coimg to spurs. no chance. they will be signing 1 or 2 strikers not getting rid. im at loss who we want at strikers really am.. i think there is legs in drogba and lukaka links but they are linked and even then it boils down to wonga and what we can offer...
