Prefer Dembele to Gyan definitely. Dembele, Leandro, and a veteran and I would be ecstatic.

i wouldnt, definitely need a wing forward as on option for multiple formations, one that would be comfortable in 4-4-2, 4-3-3, 4-2-3-1

Definately was interested in Gyan.

Whether it has gone any further I really dont know.

I did post it on here at the time, no one else has followed it up, so maybe it hasnt gone any further

He is a player that would fit in according to Harry

Dear God, from Pav/Defoe to Dembele and Gyan. From two flimsy, lazy wankers who can't score to two slightly tougher, hard working wankers who can't score.

On the positive side Comolli continues to prove that Bent and Bentley weren't the limit of his stupidity.

gob smacked with the 20 million for henderson...surely thats a good whack of their budget gone already...

Its actually a scheme the government is setting up

One really shitty area (Liverpool), gets loads of money and helps another really shitty area(The North East).

They'll probably sign Enrique for £14m next

Gyan got 10 goals and 5 assists in 31 games (17 as a sub or not playing the full 90) in his first season of English football. I wouldn't say he can't score, I'd say he plays for a fairly crappy team who don't create a lot, had the most selfish strike partner in the league for half the season and then no strike partner for the other half, and did pretty well actually.

Good player, who I think would score goals for us. Certainly better than any of the four we have now.

I dont particularly rate Gyan either, he's on a similar level to defoe.

And we'd have to pay 16-20mill for him, no thanks

Gyan's minutes played per goal ratio wasn't as good as Pavlyuchenko's,
Pav also was more effective than Darren Bent.

Gyan and one other wouldn't be too bad, the main thing Gyan has over Defoe, Pav is that he can play up front alone
