Also on the Leandro to Milan- I was pretty sure Dzeko was going there? He is publicly a giant AC fan and tbh he's much better than Leandro.

There were some quotes a few days back about Dzeko to Milan. I think wages Man City have him on are the problem.

I will guess the 'complication' revolves around Milan trying to stop us signing Leandro until they know they've secured Dzeko. They're in the same position as us and don't want to be left with no options.

Hmmm... been digging through the twatter crap to try and find out. There's a couple of conversations going on around Acqa's "Levy time" comment that end with someone commenting on the fact that Acqa is "confident it will go through" (the Leandro deal). However, it's not at all clear whether the "Levy time" comment is actually in relation to Leandro.

As players of a similar breed, I think Huntelaar is better than Damiao. I have always like Falcao too. I'm not totally averse to the pure No.9's, hell, I'm not even very averse to Damiao (beggars can't be choosers after all) but as you know, I definitely prefer my strikers to have a little bit more. Pure No.9's have to be fucking good to be worth having IMO.

Yup, but its factually true - of all the players on the books, Hudd could be Modric's most natural successor - although we could asrgue about rejigging the side when VDV, Sig, Carroll etc also get a look in.

Seriously, cheers for the effort, appreciated, there wasn't a rating that covered "you tried, but didn't inform, wasn't really useful, didn't really tell me anything I liked or agreed with". Do you want a "friendly" ? Best offer ?
