Too many things in the latest ITK from the Goat seems a bit left field considering other ITK’s take on things – I think I’ll choose to ignore this for now, no need for a meltdown just yet.

Just looking back through the Goat's previous. The info generally turns out to be complete balls tbh

The Goat is not just one person though, so the barometer for consistency (in accuracy and agenda) is not always going to be that high...

What do any of us really know? Verbal agreements (if so) would count as an offer. But what would i know anyway. I believe Goats info, along with the other ITK's. Just that they are not all going to be 100% right, though their info was 100%.

I'm very confident in the Barkley part. My stuff comes from various places mostly from agents, which I appreciate could have an element of Chinese whispers involved. Sometimes though it is from someone very well placed and would very much know what the score is. ;)

People slating Levy need to get a grip, ffs. He's done a lot more for the club than Poch has, if it came to it, I'd sooner lose Poch than Levy.

JJ on Twitter saying he is not the Goat and will not be commenting on the info.
Lol I now have an image of JJ stood at the top of some steps in front of the press somewhere saying he has a short prepared statement and will not be taking questions at this time "I am not the Goat" he is then hustled through the press and sped off by a waiting dark saloon car

That is plain rubbish. He along with Lewis owns the club so he is Chairman for as long as he wants the job.
What I meant is fans would protest against him. It was heading that way before and he saved himself with signing Poch. Most fans have had enough of how Levy runs transfers and if he ruins the best team we've had in my lifetime many of us will want him gone.

appreciate that Trix. Let me give you one great example, without revealing a name. I am acquainted few years back with a player. We are still friends now. He thought he was going to be signing for a certain club, and many around him put it about. Up until couple days before it was that club. Things happened, and he signed for another club.

Imagine if that club was ours, Which it was not, and it went out there. The flack coming back would be cringe-worthy.

Appreciate your info.

I get that the current first team would rather like more money. But why would they be arsey about Levy not investing in their own replacements as a "sign of intent"?

The bleatings sound rather as if they come from people close to angry agents who have put in lots of work on speculative deals which haven't come off.

Or someone with a very anti-Levy agenda. It wouldn't be the first time ITK information has been agenda driven and it won't be the last.

Nothing really new in the GOAT's news. Levy has a billion pound stadium to pay for and there is always going to be friction. Concerns me though if he is suggesting alternative targets.

I hope to god The Goats info isn't true.
Part of me hopes it is and spurs the little man into a more decisive transfer approach but given the other bits and pieces of itk it just sounds more like opinion than anything.

So we have info saying that Levy was jumping through hoops and bending over backwards to keep Poch happy last season and compound that he gave the green light to Sissoko and now the latest news is that he's reneging on deals and Poch isn't happy

Hmmm, something isn't adding up.
