I like Vorm. Seems to have integrated well with the squad and has been excellent since his first season. One of the best backups in the PL I'd say.

There is a clique on this site, nobody named, nobody shamed, who enjoys nothing more than to always take the side of the club. There is no reasoning with them or entering into a mutually productive dialogue or interesting discussion. They will always repeal any hint of a post that isn't fully glorifying the club. Just roll with it. Or not.
Think thats why were called fans ,

Doubt it. He's 35, not like we are going to get much for him. Prefer him to stay.
Edwin van der Sar didn't join Utd until he was like 35, Friedel didn't join us until he was 40 - it's not old for a keeper, tbf. Still would command a fee

Possibly but we'd also have to buy a replacement. Might aswell keep and invest in areas where we are weak.

From Baggins, a long time poster on COYS:

My son, who works for Bet Fred, has just called me and said that one of his colleagues has a contact who works at Spurs and has told him that Grealish has an "appointment" at Spurs tomorrow. Appointment might be a chat with Poch and a look round the training centre or it might be a medical, my son didn't find out. He did say that the odds on him joining Spurs have dropped from 9/1 to Evens though. Just thought I would pass it on with all the Grealish info floating around at the moment.

Maybe - not sure how Gazzaniga will get a game, and it'd be a waste to keep him like some sort of furniture piece, especially when he played so well when we needed him. I wouldn't see a need to replace Vorm if PG stepped up and we used Austin/Whiteman/Glover as 3rd choice. It would probably depend on MV's aspirations, ultimately.

I guess I also look at the potential signings like Grealish and wonder how Winks/Onomah would still get a look-in, so I would imagine (based on things Poch has said in the past) that we should expect some outgoing-ITK soon?

tbf, the odds have been a lot shorter than that for a while - they've been near evens (11/10) for several days now.

It would seem that if we sign jack it would be soon because of villas debt

But dropping from 9/1 to evens sounds pretty strong for a bookies

He's also near evens to Leicester. The ITK on this is probably just that he's definitely moving somewhere, but you could have determined that by Villa's cash position. Books just responding to the movement, not the actual info.
