I love this time 36 hours til deadline and the window finally opens.:)
With the itk coming through my optimism starts to seem realistic again, I can't help seeing water fowl genus Anatidae in indian file.

A bit sad seeing Dembele in another PL shirt but if this is the necessary means to have a quality CM incoming this window I can live with it.

We have to sell with a year to go on his contract on pure economics but I get the feeling Dembele would rather stay at Spurs and run his contract down and go for the big signing on fee he would get as a free agent.

I'm not sure I can handle seeing Dembele at another premier league team.

It must be a very good offer I would think, a too good to turn down kinda bid for us to be willing to do this.

I would also expect us to make a move or having something in the pipe line for a replacement that can happen quite quickly.

I feel a bit sad now :(

I dont know if this helps anyone but using the search members tools you can find postings for your favourite itks. I've then saved these pages as favourites on my phone home screen. You can then do very quick searches for any updates from these posters and get a quick hit. Might be handy as things get hectic over the next few days. I've currently got the following saved as icons: ITK page, dovahkin, breezer, Hercules, trix, Valencia yid, gyid, grey fox, the goat & Rob. Let me know if I've missed anyone.

Gutted if Dembele goes especially to another premier team.
I understand why but would still prefer to keep him even if we can only get 20 games out of him this season

Slightly worrying in one sense, as we all know what Levy is like.

In another sense, it could mean that we've got a replacement lined up which hasn't hit the media yet.

I hope it's someone like Everton, Wolves or Fulham. If he goes to a rival and has a good season it'd be horrible.

Well, Moose will have to agree to movie and personal terms with latter being potential stumbling block.

I think this is good news. We move on a player Poch doesn't feel can play to his best anymore considering his injuries and it means we shift a non-HG early and for a better price.

That must be a bloody sizeable bid, to accept from another PL Club.

Sad though, Dembele has been an absolute beast for us.

As has been said before, doesn't mean Dembele will accept a move. Said he was unsure of hacking the PL anymore but I guess if the money is right?

Just hope it's to a lesser club if it happens. Wolves, Everton and Fulham prime candidates IMHO.

As long as it isn’t for another top six team I could probably deal with it as long as we have a quality replacement lined up.

Will be strange to see him line up for a different PL team.

Remember when England played Belgium in the WC and Danny Rose (very much knowing how these things pan out after training with him for years) went to press him, and his entire body just screamed "fuck, why do I even bother".

It now feels like a bit of a preview.

I really hope we’ve accepted a bid simply to encrouage interest from Europe to firm up. Do not want to see him playing for another EPL team, beast of a player!

Pretty sure it was all about the length of the contract he was being offered.

The Goat's info has come from multiple sources who've all independently heard the same thing (or variations on it, "bid made" vs "bid accepted", etc). That normally doesn't happen unless it's fairly advanced and a lot of people are involved in it.
Busy day here then @Rob
This means something good or something bad with proceedings that far down the line
