Thank you !
One positive for Spurs - If many teams are leaving the deals until Deadline Day - they are now playing to DL's strength.

But then you might miss the odd bits of info.

Still expecting minimum 2 :)
I hope so. I've got my yearly donation riding it :shifty:

I'm totally going to donate regardless because I love this site but it's nice to pretend my donation matters.

As I've been saying to my non-Spurs mates down the pub, we're either putting a lot of faith into our youth or we're going to have a mental deadline day...

...and that's why I got smashed tonight and am listening to Pearl Jam righteously.

What will be will be, and I really hope everyone still knows what they're bloody well doing - but, at the end of the day, I feel that they've earned my trust...

Squeaky bum time but we've got an ace squad...

That's true - I forgot that you don't have the blue tint.

Bollocks. That means I've got to go back and start again.

No need, already done it... Breezer’s is the only bit of positivity we’ve had all day/night lol

It's been an unmitigated disaster up to this point and yet it seemingly can get even worse should Toby, Dembele and indeed now Rose leave with no likely incomings close whatsoever.

- Only club in the top 5 leagues yet to sign anyone
- Christ knows what has happened to all the new extended contract deals given to our star players - sure they'll be most encouraged with our ambitious summer spending
- Taking the gloss off what should be a hugely exciting season in our new stadium amidst a backdrop of growing unrest at how the board is backing our best manager in decades.

Fuck knows what the fallout from all this will be should it come to pass the above but tin hats at the ready....
I think everything you say is valid, yet we do have more itk about incoming rather than outgoing so I wouldn't agree with imagining every outgoing rumour is true and all incoming rumours are false.

The bottom line is that we have to wait until the window is closed before assessing the strength of our squad vs our real competitors. the idea that the only way to improve on the pitch is via signings is wrong. I'm hoping for some new blood, but at the same time I'm not too worried . we had a bloody good squad last year.

Lets give the club a bit of leeway. lets absorb the irk and not freak out about every announcement. we have one of the worlds best managers and worlds best strikers on new deals that many pundits thought would never happen. lets not jumps to the worst potentials just yet

Cheers @Breezer . Have to say that in all my years on this site (14 apparently!), I have never wanted a transfer window to close as much as this one. I'm not going to throw my toys until at least 11pm tomorrow night, but this year just feels different. It's like the Spurs window has contracted an STD and is passing around this site. Many on here are all just a bit itchy and scratchy. Some more than others, @yankspurs ;)

You can look at any user's posts via the search function, if you are intent on saving time, which is probably for the best unless following it all live, then thats the best ploy.

Just got through the front door after a holiday......just back in time for all the fun tomorrow. Surely Levy won’t risk a mutiny if no signings happen? I feel sure we are getting at least 2. I can feel it in my bones

(And because I rate Breezer!!)

Two years ago on deadline day we blindfolded and kidnapped Sissoko from the tarmac where Everton's private jet was parked and simultaneously found N'Koudou's lifeless corpse floating in the Thames and signed him to a long-term contract. So...Don't underestimate Levy's ability to pull off a couple deals in a short time, including a big one. Also, don't underestimate the probability that the big one will end up causing as much grief and pain as the disastrous transfer window leading up to the big one...
