you have missed the point. By being the London home of nfl, which is worth more than the premier league btw, we have just opene up a whole new world of sponsorship for us US tv will be showing games from our stadium. Sponsors will really be wanting to be associated with our club.

I really think that you are over-thinking this. The main sponsors the NFL already have and they won't compromise any of those big dollars. Do you think that Pepsi will go wall to wall at WHL if the NFL have a zillion dollar deal with Coke (for example)?

Sponsors may well be wanting to be associated with the Club, but it won't be at the expense of any of the NFL revenue streams you can be assured of that.

Not sure if posted as some of it is from yesterday but here is a bit of a roundup. Trix on Coys re Adebayor and Lacazette.

"Tim wants Ade."

"Financials is one thing, Ade just generally being difficult is another. Might be easier once his stooges have been shifted though. Well if he gets a golden handshake that is. Not out of the question but with everything Ade it's far from straight forward."

Someone then blamed Ade on Harry to which trix replied with:

"He's not I am a big supporter of Levy and think he gets far too much grief on the whole, but Ade is down to him imo. Saw the chance of getting a Top drawer striker for very little transfer fee and didn't do the due diligence regarding everything else. I actually think Levy has learned a huge lesson from last season, thoigh, which we are beginning to benefit from this window."

on lacazette:

"No chance he is moving this window."

Who are Ade stooges? Kaboul?

Being what exactly?

I am not knocking the agreement, just trying to understand the implications to the club after what will be a huge investment in the stadium infrastructure just to host a minimum of two games a year?
Because now they can host all sorts of events due to the retractable field. Things like concerts, boxing, other sporting events . It gives them the ability to not damage the pitch and still be able to use the stadium as a revenue generator. Because of this and the guaranteed 2 NFL games per year for ten years it makes the naming rights that much more valuable. Long story short it's gonna help make us more money too.
