Good news, bad news, old news, no news. To and Fro, Hudd's afro, Leandro, no go, yes it is, Ade in, quicker than he might have been. I feel like starting a fire, given the choice at a push i'd set light to Pottle's bush.

Two out, three in, one we'll like, on yer bike, Real Madrid, buy a yid, we want rid, rat faced kid, Sahin in, but on loan, same rumour, we all groan, wages this, bonus that, bag of worms, its old hat, wheels that turn, interest earned, complex deal, it takes time, last minute, Levy's fine, want it now, holy cow, dislike rep, have a moan, poor excuse, on my phone. I feel like starting a fire, but as usual there's a catch, I don't have a fucking match.

I have no idea what i'm on about there.

Ah well. There's been some ITK, then again, there's been none. Confused? Never mind, we're here to guide you through the minefield. Well, we say we are but really we're not. Suffer you ****s. Suffer like we do.

Cheers A&C so it's as you were for now, ITK seems to say Adebayor deal may be cooling but I still think Ade is agreed and his decision made, he just wants to screw some more out of City, either they stump up and he comes or they call his bluff and he comes, either way he comes.

So as it doesn't say "Not from our usual source" then the Goats news is interesting as it has a lot of validity to it! I actually wouldn't be too surprised to see Dawson go if the right offer came in. We have Verts, Kabs, Caulker & Gallas (and still bloody Bassong)! Also if AVB is saying that about Leandro then it must be quite far down the line & maybe just waiting till the Olympics if finished to confirm on the OS!

Dawson + High defensive line = Disaster.

I love the guy and wish him the best, but with AVB's preferred tactics he does look the weak link in our CB crew. Not a huge surprise.

Be sad to lose Daws but a few of us on here have already questioned how he would fit into the AVB high line with his lack of pace so not a great surprise if true.

Would be disappointed to see daws go but can understand it also. Guess that means we are keeping Bassong!

I would have thought that AVB saying that Dawson was in contention to be captain meant he was in his plans. Not sure i'm buying the Goats info.

had a feeling dawson wouldn't work out with AVB's high line. bummed to see him off but its a necessary move.
the damiao bit is extremely exciting though. i might've had to retire the oscar + damiao sig i had but maybe now i can reincorporate the damiao half again......

must mean we are keeping Bassong or signing another new CB - cant believe we will go into the season with only 4 CB's one of which being Gallas who seems permanently injured whether he plays or not

Would be disappointing to see Dawson go. He has obvious limitations when it comes to pace, and once he is turned he is getting back. But he is a true die hard defender. Someone I think we need in the camp. If we could blend him and Bassong not only would we have an ugly person, but we'd have a great CB. Bassongs pace, Dawsons defensive ability.

Would this suggest a further signing or a lifeline for BAssong?

Kaboul, Caulker, Vertonghen + 1 of BAssong/Dawson/Gallas/Newbie???

Interesting you say that, why would Dawson seem the most likely to go? Ahead of Bassong, Naughton?
