Why'd she blow off arsenal, do you know?

We jumped ahead of Arsenal because we were willing to do a permanent

Roma pissed them off and I don't know why.

But they have been fairly honest that he wants to get into the French squad and he can't do that in a squad with the excesses of a PSG or a Roma. Arsenal he might stand a chance in, but they are chasing Vidal and that will scare off the Rabiot's

Do we reckon PSG would let Rabiot and Cabaye go in the same window? Don't they play 3 CMs at the same time? Thought they played 4-3-3

When they signed him to an extension in October, it was merely to be able to get a decent transfer fee for him. Otherwise the Rabiots wouldn't have agreed. They were ready to walk. So he'll be moving. Whether or not its to us is down to Levy, a dodgy fax machine and whether his overbearing mother can wait until 11:59 on August 31st ;)

That's the ideal. A big part of our downfall over the past 25 years has been going to quality over quantity.

For me there's only 2/3 gaps in our squad at the moment - competition for Chadli, cover for Kane, and possibly cover for Bentaleb (if we don't give Stambouli another season). We shouldn't be faffing around with other pointless no improvement trades (e.g. TA for Fazio at CB). Just spend the rest of the window going for a LWF and CF.

The mismanagement regarding transfers these last few years has been comical.

Ok so the itk seems positive (not sure a few in here agree judging by the gloom) and generally im quite relaxed and feeling positive for next season. Yes we would all like our shiny new play things now but lets remember the players dont report back until next week anyway. Its like knowing what you are getting off santa weeks before christmas but having to wait until the big day to get them. There really is no mega rush just yet

Just once I'd like to see the team settled for pre season and ready to go. MS should have been bought last season. We are chasing 2/3 choices again and will end up with more Fazios. Same old levy always looking for cheap option , panic buying and ignoring a striker.

A starting Central Midfielder is more important then a 2nd choice/Backup striker.

RE: Martial ITK

I'm really not a doom and gloom guy like many on here but it's difficult to not be extremely disappointed at missing out on a verbal agreement with a transfer fee that would have been at least £15m-18m--can't see that any other way than him being a top-of-the list choice but ultimately nothing we can do about.

While Spurs is an incredible place to be (top quarter EPL, consistent European competition, cup final this season, training ground, Poch, youngsters given a chance, London etc.) it seems as though the "champions league next year" line that supposedly helped get Lloris, Eriksen and others in has become less believable each year. But at the end of the day I think we need to keep in mind how far financially we are from the teams we're realistically competing with and how thankful we should be that we haven't had an everton 2014-15 season recently, or even close to it.

So ignorant.
