I love my spurs, I just hope Poch didn't mean it when he said he wanted a few more players. If we lose him, a piece of me will die inside and I will lay the blame squarely at Levy's feet.

Really we should be making a lower league loan back signing every window. The risk vs reward is heavily tilted in the favour of reward. Look at Everton buying John Stones for 3m or us buying Alli.

We have good young talent who deserve a chance. Would send a bad message to our youth players. The risk and return should be on giving our young guys playing time. Look at Harry Kane. Maybe we will be saying the same thing about Edwards, CCV?

Wouldn't be that surprised if the Newcastle (Looney Toons) player that we're really after is Ayoze Perez. Young and (presumably much) cheaper than Sissoko.

Newcastle Chronicle reporting that us and Everton are both in for Sissoko and it's now a bidding war.

Simply for pride I hope we don't lose out.

BBC now reporting Sissoko to Everton is more likely- after reporting that deal to Everton was a non-starter.

Sorry if this has been posted, I'm a few pages behind, but our plane has just made the flight from somewhere near Glasgow back down to Hertfordshire. Possible that Mike Ashley may have had a visit?
