Not fit to lace Dembele's boots? I didn't see Barca chasing Moussa any time recently.

Also, his range of passing makes Dembele look like a blind man. He's far more creative and dangerous going forwards. They really aren't the same kind of player, even though they do occupy roughly the same positions.

barcelona have signed some shockers recently, that is no definitive answer on a players ability

he does have a better range of passing but cant tackle for shit

if he is a CM i think he will be eaten alive by the opposition, if we signed him to be eriksen competition and to play further forward then eriksen can sleep easy tonight

He seems shockingly similar to Barkley to me. A true CM that could probably be pushed back or forward depending on formation/opponent/need

i never wanted us to sign barkley but i would chose him over gomes everyday of the week

His style is quite different to Dembele IMO. Moussa is all about running with the ball and barging his way through until he gets to a point where he can play a simple pass i.e. lay it off to someone like Eriksen to play the final ball. From what I've seen as Gomes, he seems more like he sprays passes from deep, more like a Modric-style but with a bit more physicality defensively. Just to be clear, I'm not saying he's anywhere near the level of Modric, just that his style on the ball is somewhat more similar to him than Dembele IMO.

i didnt say their styles are similar, i said he would be dembele competition. i think dembele is almost unique in world football the way he plays and the skills he has

i see what you are saying, but i think the comparison to carrick is more accurate but with more ability to dribble with the ball but with the same honda 50 like acceleration

Someone did earlier (mid afternoon) and was guided away from continuing that by Rob. Don't worry we've had ITK previously that says we have money for players if we want them. Never had ITK that we aim for zero net spend.
