Morning all!

And at last, here we are again, another deadline day.

We'll try to keep the ITK Ticker as current as our real lives allow as the roll with the punches.

A quick note or two. This thread is NOT for general transfer news. Yesterday we lost two complete thicktards who assumed this thread was interested in goings on elsewhere. this thread is for our Spurs ITK, not Spurs related media, not other clubs dealings, just the ITK. cryptic coming soon

Having said that, people losing their access has been at a record low (thankfully) and I think this thread has (generally) finally rolled how it is supposed to, you may or may not have noticed that in the player threads, discussion goes where it likes and has been allowed to do so, we ask that this thread be treated differently and at last, it's happening. So thanks for that.

Meanwhile, late last night JJ popped in and said.....

I Could announce it but dont want to spoil the fun for IGGY tomorrow

This was regarding Moura and "IGGY" is of course, igijedi, who, over the past few windows has popped in with advance warning of an hour or two that we're about to announce a signing.

Thanks to everyone who donated over there past few days. Its still not too late to do so if you haven't. You know you want to (which is exactly what it'll be saying to your mums if you don't)

Finally, when I got home last night Mrs A&C was watching Masterchef. "Why do you bother watching that?" I asked....."It doesn't make your cooking any better"

Quick as a flash she turned round and said "You watch porn don't you?"

It's been a long month, but as always it has its highs and lows... Good job from the mods, and this place would be useless without the itks who kindly share their information with us. It may not always be good and may sometimes not pan out as expected. But as we are. Tottenham supporters we know things can change quickly. So a big thank you to them.

Have a meeting all day and hoping I can keep popping in and out to catch up on the day, but will be able to read about tomorrow on sky.

And there was me thinking we'd hired Iggy Pop to write an announcement song for lucas...

Been a good window, Lucas will be a fantastic signing, better than most of us would have expected this month. Highly doubt we'll get anyone else in this month, but as long as we're in talks early for summer deals, I'm happy.

Thanks to all the ITK and mods who have helped make this window more interesting, transfer windows wouldn't be the same without this place

This has been the best "free flowing" ITK thread, ever.

The outline in place with the ITKers really helped out to scan through all the player guesses and what not throughout the month.

Yes it has been a great window and I am so thankful i donated because my Mum is dead and i would have hated for @Archibald&Crooks to have to go and look her up .....

Despite some of the guess work and nonsensical comments in this thread over the month, I feel this has been one of the more stable windows.

Maybe that is because it is a January window and that leaves a short span of time for folks to botch it. Or maybe that is due to the mods finally training the masses to follow the rules? Probably a mix of the two and possibly putting to much faith in the two as well

Either way...good fun and thanks to all the mods and all the ITK. Will donate soon I promise, just waiting for my paycheck to come in.
