It's not over till 5pm, but that doesn't sound good. We really are stuck between not buying for the sake of it (because that gets you in the situation of not being able to move them on in the future), but equally we've not addressed any gaps in the squad, so how can you expect to close the gap to the top. Other clubs have managed to target gaps in their squad and make signings.
Standing still = going backwards.

Staying optimistic something will happen.

Its so weird, we basically have no midfield. Wanyama injured and Winks have not been ready to play either. Sissoko have been injured as well, Dier and Dembele came back late due to WC. The latter not conciderd fit enough for a whole season. I cant get my head around this, dont we lose even more money if we miss out on cl next season? and also an even harder tw with no pull of cl.

I have been positive based on what I knew. However just had a text and it’s . Don’t know if anything will change and something happens literally last minute. But as it stands it’s Zero!!!

Something which should have been obvious to everyone really.

You don't just pull 2-3 signings out of a hat in half a day without the press getting wind of it.
