I think if Grealish isn't happening then that's us done for the day.

All a bit baffling considering the fact that we should have money available, we've got a new stadium and Champions League as incentives, and we're a club on the up in general.

Either Poch doesn't think the squad needs improving, or Levy and co have fucked it up a bit.

Either way it leaves me thinking that top 4 is going to be very tricky this season.

In isolation, and its hard to look at it like this, but truthfully i'm not bothered about Grealish.

Really think the club must be about to be touted for sale, its the only explanation i can comprehend for a shocking transfer window approach. Risky game give Toby, Chris, etc can still leave for another 3 weeks.

Only thing I have ever thought half sensible just came out of Dennis Wise’s mouth.

In the Premiership, if you want a player you go out and get him. Pay the money and get the chairman to do the deal.

Never agreed with anything before or I’m sure in the future but I can’t beleive we have managed to get absolutely no one.

No way, at the end of last season, did Poch day he wanted to go with the youth for this season. We’re supposed to be playing in and challenging for CL

I have been in disbelief that we would do nothing of significance in this window, now this a dawning possibility...even that we will do nothing at all.

(Am I right in thinking that one season under wenger the arse had a transfer window where they signed just one goalkeeper...Levy has that record in his sights....hold my pint indeed!)

from what trix and others say the market is flooded with mid-table journeyman for sale...making it very hard to sell our own surplus to requirement players. tick tock.....tick tock....
