Yes, I await ITK myself that surprises or shocks me. You know, the kind of info that makes you feel you've just gone three times around the world greatest helter-skelter ride, gotten off and had a Call of Duty style shoot-out with several hundred terrorists then leapt off the edge of the grand canyon in a hang glider and had an aerial dogfight with several stealth eurofighter jets before landing and telling darth vader to stick his light sabre where the force don't shine.
But unfortunately, ITK don't do adrenalin control, they just part with what they hear. Inconsiderate bastards.

Just another case of deja vu with the whole situation. Predictable we will go back in, predictable he isn't for sale unless someone plonks £30+m on the table, predictable it will be drawn out and ultimately wont happen.
Poch/Baldini/Levy need to have the conversation now that this one isn't happening, and move on...
When is said Helter-Skelter being unveiled by A+C Enterprises, btw?

Although I agree with this in general.
It is hard to argue that players like Eriksen, Lloris and Vertonghen were not CL level players when they signed.

I'm not sure I agree that there are bigger holes in the squad than at CM. Yes we need a wide forward to give us another goal scoring option and maybe inject a bit of pace, we could also do with a CB, but where we are really lacking players that fit into Poch's system is at CM. The problem is that we have Paulinho, Dembele and Capoue all of which need to be sold before we can significantly strengthen in that area.

I would have considered CM the most important. If we only signed Schneiderlin, I think we would all be delighted.

Think we will get a CM. But he said we couldn't afford Schneiderlin as we had other area to focus on. Would that be a striker?

Potentially. Can't imagine we'll spend anywhere near £20m on a striker though either. Loan more possible IMO.

The gist is: Mitchell's on the job, options are being sourced, he'll be integral to any signings made.
There is no greater need than a striker to play with or instead of Kane. Anyone who thinks differently can't have been watching us this season. Soldado has forgotten how to score goals and Adebayor has burnt too many bridges. We are an injury to Kane away from effectively playing without a striker.

Would absolutely love sissoko, I remember when him and capoue were playing together and people on here were saying that capoue was much the better player, makes you laugh really.
