Now, going by this, his "Yes'" are Damiao, Willian, Moutinho. That, to me, would rival Manchester United/Chelsea's window when Ade, Verts, Caulker, and Siggy are all thrown into the bunch. If you put Lloris on top of that... Apart from me having a permaboner, I'd say we are the most improved club in England considering the additions from front to back.

Leandro, Llorente or Lewandowski as a no.9 with ADE playing wider maybe? Clearly ADE can play centrally but in the spirit of no smoke without fire, we are still being linked with a lot of number 9 types.

I'd be happy if we took a chance on Bojan. Obscenely skillful prodigy who simply failed to grow physically. If he realises his limitations and stops trying to beat 4 players at a time like he routinely did at youth level he could be a very useful player in an AVB team. Certainly doesn't lack in technique.

That's probably the case, though I wonder if Adebayor could be used on the left or right of a front three?

Either way I'll be happy enough with this window as long as we get a replacement midfielder for Modric. I imagine this is the priority for AVB too (with his eyes firmly on Moutinho), so if there is money available to spend I suspect it will go on that part of the team.

If some people are to be believed, we'll be spending millions on Lloris, Leandro, Moutinho, and now Willian. There's no way that's going to happen. I'm excited about the rest of the window as I think there is a decent chance of a big signing, but I think it's important to be realistic and assume that it would be one big signing at best, with maybe one or two squad players in.

IF we sign another striker then defoe would be best off going and we'd be best off getting the wedge for him now while we can. He doesn't fit our system and a £10m deal would be excellent business. He'll be happy too playing most weeks at fulham...
