I'll give SC £100 and ban myself for a week if we buy any first team player(not sure a lookman type player counts as 1st team), let alone someone like that. I feel pretty confident im safe with that.

quick lads if we all club together we might be able to help buy the player needed for Spurs. I know it's only a week, but it would be progress:whistle::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Did we ever get the rundown on what happened with Mitchell?

I don't expect anything in Jnauary, but I am mildly intrigued at a Poch/Levy transfer committee, purely because I think when Levy is closer to deal making, he gets the itch to get stuff done. I'm sure he'd love to uncover another Modric/Bale/Alli if he could. Finding future stars at good prices is something we've been good at over time, and Levy will surely want to pick up that baton again

It seems Ante Coric is the heir apparent to Modric.

It won't be hard to find them. It will however be incredibly difficult to prize them away from their current club. Perhaps we should be looking at players that have already expressed being unhappy with how things are progressing at their current club?

:shifty:

Berahino is not the answer to whatever the question is...

29 years old and PSG are reportedly in for €30m (about £40m by January the way the markets are going). Not a chance Levy would go for that.

He would want us to find the next Payet.

Or better still, spend nothing and stick with what we have.

Again.

There's certain left footed premiership proven genius, great dribbler and passer, fast, goal scorer, who might not fancy the relegation battle his club currently find themselves in...
