How is being in a convo with high up Porto not ITK?
I don't think anybody is disputing that it is ITK, just the veracity of what the Porto guy is saying. As with all stories, the first step in discerning the truth is to analyse the source(s) for their motivation.

Isco's price is probably now out of our range.

Agree.... or at the very least he will be out of range by the time the window is open again.

Both Isco & Aubameyang are indications why our "top scouts" have been moved on. When your getting paid by the top clubs to be a head scout, they should be finding these types of players way before the standard fan is drooling over them!!

Our transfers has been too predictable for far too long. I am really hoping that AVB & Levy are lining up a proper scouting network.

JJ has confirmed that Sherwood was watching Isco. Wonder did we follow up with a firm bid?

I did say during the window that this Summer would most probably be the last opportunity that we would have any chance of signing Isco. Talent like that doesn't wait for you.

He's going to be a special player. I just hope that he doesn't end up with one of our rivals. That would annoy me.

Really hope there is no truth in the latest ITK!
If it's actually right then its obvious Levy never was gonna buy Moutinho and just wanted to put on a good show for fans/AVB.

With all this downtime in between transfer windows I've decided to start utilizing these Champion's League matches to make some videos of players we either have been tied to (Willian/Moutinho) or would like to be tied to (Isco,etc.).

I'm just about finished with my Willian video, but I was hoping to get some feedback in terms of what other players I should make cut-ups for.

Any input would be appreciated.

I know it's the daily mail, but blackburn to make formal approach spurs as they want sherwood to become their new manager.
Could suit everyone.

So I've made a couple cut-up videos (Isco/Willian/Wanyama) to this point and when I went to upload them to YouTube I got the message stating that the videos may contain UEFA copyrighted material.

I temporarily took them down, but I was under the impression that highlight videos were okay as long as the original commentary was not included and there was no branding of UEFA present (logos, etc.).

I was looking for clarification if anyone was familiar with the practice.

I've got a couple of nice videos made up that I think would be beneficial for some others to check out.

Any thoughts/suggestions would be awesome.

From my experience, it depends on what the copyright holder wants to do. If you upload a music video, you may be allowed to keep it up with adverts placed on it, or maybe the label doesn't want anyone but themselves uploading videos. They run the video/audio through analysis programs to check the content for copyright, so if you took the commentary off, flipped the video, it should be good to go.

Snarf, by the sounds of it, what you have would be permissible under fair use terms, at least as I understand it. However, youtube does seem to take the path of least resistance, which results in a heavy-handed approach in favour of the rights-holders -- meaning that it would be in your hands to prove that what you have is fair-use, and this could take quite a battle on your part which, I suspect, wouldn't be worth your hassle.

I suspect merely flipping the video wouldn't be enough to fool their scripts; it'll be looking for expanses of green, that sort of thing -- it won't be able to reference every rights-held camera shot of every game afterall. Also, having triggered it previously, you would think that they would have a watch on your account for similar (possible) infringements. IANAL or a youtube bot, of course.

How about uploading them to a file-host for interested members of this forum to download and watch on their PCs, rather than play the streaming game? It would be a shame to waste the work you've put in and I suspect the youtube route will involve much, much more work on your part and a lot of frustration to boot.

I'm sure others in this community would love to see tailor-made videos of our targets; I know I would. Best of luck.

Maybe I could upload them to a client like DropBox.

I really just wanted to do it for Tottenham fans so if one way or another they get to check 'em out I'm all for it. Actually was quite a bit of fun to make them somehow.

Going to make some more videos with this round of the Champion's League.

So far I'm planning on Isco, Moutinho, Wanyama, and Willian.

Anyone else that could be a realistic option?

Wanyama is playing CB today which is pretty interesting. I don't like it personally because I think he's so strong in midfield.

Not CL, but Ander Herrera from Bilbao is a great and realistic option
