When do Eriksen, Lamela and Vladimir need to be announced to make the team on sunday? Is it 12:00?

Best... transfer... window... ever

Just hoping that this all points to them being registered in time for Sunday.

Very unlikely that players signed on Friday would be ready to play on Sunday. Would surely take at least a week to learn the team's style, other players' habits, etc.

Donated £5, which to me is a fair wad - being a victim of an economic implosion and industry rupture on an island which relies on it.
Think of the parable about the beggar who gave his only coin to Jesus!

Your extravagant spending embarrases Wenger!

(I laugh now, but you just know Arsenal will end the window with a last minute splurge on Kaka, Ozil, Di Maria, Suarez etc and go on to challenge for the title, making our extravagant spending to finish 5th again just look ridiculous, "the season spurs bought their way to 5th...")

They don't need to be announced, just registered.

Keep the Goons guessing

Exactly! It would also demoralise our current players who have had a full pre-season with us.

I really think Levy is playing a massive game of poker at the moment, he knows full well Arsenal will go for for some Madrid cast offs and is holding back the Bale deal. He knows Madrid will not pull out of the deal they have invested too much time and effort to walk away now. Levy sitting in his leather chair whilst Baldini prepares another ivory backscratcher, is carefully watching the clock tick by with some phones sat on the desk ready to hear the words 'sell sell sell' and 'buy buy buy'

Whilst this is going on, Gareth Bale is picking some new pink pants

True story (y)
The difference between us and that lot down the road is that we've got a great team both on & off the pitch

It's nothing to do with the announcement, we could register them today, say nothing and then put them in the starting line up. Actually, that would be a good curbveball for Wenger to deal with...

But they would need to be registered by 1200, wouldn't they?

It qould be nice to see them on the bench to get a run out when we're 3 or 4 goals up

I doubt it very much. I don't why I do, but I really do this time.

I don't think they'd walk into the starting 11 but would expect to get a run out from the bench, lamela especially being a £30m signing. Would be a baptism of fire though

The Arse could buy and make themselves stronger, but do not think that we will be battling the scum for 4th this year.

Last night we showed that we have far more depth than the Scum even with the acquisitions you mentioned. We have got to start believing and aim higher.

The Scum can fight who the wan't for their precious 4th Spot, we will be up there fighting the top 2!!!

Longer we leave the Bale transfer, less chance them lot have of trying to sign any RM players? I'd suggest that we could have had a gentleman's agreement that they wouldn't sell anyone to them but I don't think that Levy would trust Perez to hold in a fart, never mind accept ~£40m for any combination of players...
