Moutinho please - here's Dempsey

Hulk - here's Chadli

Mussachio - here's Fazio

Schneiderlin - here's French guy

Smallest net spend in he PL in last 5 years. An embarrassment. Cancer of Enic and Lewis driving us further away from the top. 3 seasons of falling behind.

I know, I loved all those years of top 3 finishes and CL football before ENIC came along with their pesky meddling.

Some people need to get a grip. Last time I looked we neither have a sugar daddy or a stadium and global brand to compete at the very top. Until one of these is corrected then we can only hope we can punch above out weight. It was an uninspiring window but not the disaster some are making it out to be. Grrrrrr

Vorm, Davies, Dier, Fazio and Stambouli.

I just wish we weren't so haphazard in our purchases. Like not concentrating on one specific area where an identified weakness was ...
kind of bad when we have had weakness in attack and defense sure we got a the back-up for the starts that got us 6th last year. not like we couldn't us upgrades not just back up

I'm delighted to have joined QPR FC and look forward to working with Harry Redknapp again.

I'd like to thank Tottenham Hotspur for everything they've done for me. Spurs has been my home since I moved to England and I loved every minute of my time there. To the fans; I'll always have a special relationship with you and can't begin to express how much your support has meant to me, particularly in tough times when I was injured.

I can't wait to get started at QPR now and look forward to wearing the famous hoops for the first time ‪#‎COYRS‬

that's because it's the first time in years we haven't had a player of similar quality to Modric/Berbatov/Bale/Carrick etc.

No attacking players in will make us significantly weaker after selling Siggy and Holtby
Really? "Significantly"?

In what way were Siggy and Holtby in any way "significant" for our squad last season? Holtby was out on loan and Siggy never clicked in all his years here.

Oh well. Its not all bad. Looking forward to seeing if Stambouli and Fazio strenghten the first 11. I'm happy we kept Soldado as I think he will start scoring goals. Lamela and Eriksen will only get better as the season progresses as well.

Poch will get them playing good footbal. So i'll just strap in and enjoy the ride until I enter this nut house again in January.

Vorm, we can't play two goalies.
Davies, second choice left back.
Dier, promising youngster, can't be relied on this season.
Fazio, an unknown entity at this stage and we don't know if his lack of pace will be an issue.
Stambouli, another player that might need a season to settle.

So a weakness was having bought players with no PL experience, and the only two of our signings that have been realistically brought in for the first XI are exactly that - players with no PL experience.

Probably slit your wrists then.

I can't believe MP didn't see a player he could improve in Sandro. He has improved so many players at saints Sandro seemed to have all the ingredients to be a great player! I'll miss the crazy ninja bastard :(
I will miss him too...

But he would not be good for us, if he is only ever fit for half a season :(

I just worry there's now little passion left in our team.

I like seeing passion from the players, and am a big fan of Holtby on the pitch, but I'll happily swap passion to take a risky leap towards a new direction. Our most passionate players were hardly seeing time anyway. We absolutely have to see a change in midfield, and the hard choices had to be made.

Every transfer window, the BSoL roll out the same tired old excuses as to why our amazing chairman was right not to invest in those areas of the team that badly needed it. It's either the selling club's fault for jerking us around, or that we just ran out of time and we'll be back to close the deal in January, or that all the either club's are wrong for paying over the odds, or that he doesn't trust his manager's evaluation....

We had our chance to cement our place as a top 4 club when we reached the Champions League QFs under Redknapp, but Levy wouldn't/couldn't/didn't get the striker that we badly needed. Haven't been in the CL since, and it's looking less and less likely with every passing season. Soon, we'll be grateful just to finish in the top six.

Even last summer, the Levy devotees on this forum blindly believed that we had a great transfer window, even though the club actually had a negative net transfer spend. And how did those signings work out? How many of them looked the part against Liverpool on Sunday? Yeah, but sure, let's blame that on Baldini... or AVB.... or maybe even Sherwood. Anyone but Levy.

ITK? Same old Levy, same old excuses, same old Spurs.
And every transferwindow these kind of posts appear.
There boring

Ah, yes, because we were dominating the league before Enic came in. THIS is an embarrassment, half the board is reacting like children who've been denied a chocolate bar just because we haven't made a massive deadline day signing.
