Well apart from the onslaught of questions, I'm wondering if Rob and co have been warned by the club that certain info is a bit too sensitive.

Why would mods on a spurs forum be warned by the club about sensitive info lol

No mate as you said first it would probably be due the amount of questions he gets thrown at him.

But to take his posts away is just crazy. Like jj has said himself he now has no outlet to post any info at all???

Dropping a bollock springs to mind IMO.

I imagine that it would have been for this reason, but at least if JJ posts then we've got ITK to talk about and discuss. Surely thats better than pining and moaning about 30 pages on no/very little ITK.

Then again it could be for another reason.

Anyway I doubt the figures will go down. This place is in a rabid feeding frenzy for information and nothing's going to calm that down any time soon.

Someone who is always bang on the money with publicising private information will develop a reputation pretty quickly online. They can't post without the world and it's mother mining their info for an even wider audience. A victim of their own success. Which can then compromise their position.

Does that not mean that the future of ITK will be inevitably reserved for those who are inaccurate/late with their information? Thus not attracting any unwanted attention, as nobody beyond 'hardcore members' give a tupence what they type.

It's always been that way, and when I was doing the ITK 'league tables' (they weren't, actually, just a list of all the ITKs, the info they gave and the date they posted it, colour-coded to indicate whether it had happened or not, or the result was unknown). Very, very little turned out as claimed—pathetically little, in fact. Of course, a lot of people simply ignore the advice to take all ITK with a liberal pinch of salt, with the result that some ITKs rapidly achieve guru status—in at least one case, entirely undeservedly.
