I'd love to be a fly on the wall when the Berahino negotiating starts up again :)

I'm sure the form of Lamela and Son mean we won't even consider Berahino again.

I'm pretty confident we'll focus on a back-up CF instead.

Just once I'd love a player to call the media bluff.

Openly say the rumours arent from me, my agent or my club. Anything written from this point onwards we consider to be poor journalism or tapping up.

It won't change much but at least I'll be able to easily confirm who the real filth in the football industry is.

Glad we have no interest in Berahino

West Brom are fools really, its not like he's being used regularly for them now.

No sympathy for them and his stock will continue to drop as he sits on the bench and his contract winds down. All that hard ball and for what? Mugs.

Guess it depends on other interest as well, if there isn't any Levy could well of played it well.

Exactly, 12m for him would be worth it as back up during winter break. Anything more and i think we should pursue other out and out cf options.

Think doing that would weaken the players position when they negotiate with the existing club.

Kane's about as close as you'll get, but he'd be an idiot to.

Can't see Kane leaving anytime soon.
The media frenzy will not get him stirred up in my opinion, it'll really only just serve to annoy us fans.
I think Kane knows he's first choice, at his boyhood club, which has served him well enough to get him into the England setup. Add to that, we're a club on the up, with a strong English international contingent. The majority of the vibes coming out of the club, seem to suggest what a top coach Pochettino is, and how players want to play for him.
What's not to like for Kane.

As for the Berahino ITK, I'd be stunned if we go back in for him, unless WBA are prepared to take a lowball offer to get shot of him. I expect us to have learnt from last window, and go after other targets.

A CF will happen in my opinion. Maybe another CB and/or CM, assuming there will be 2/3/4 outgoings.

There are other targets for Chelsea and Man United but it will not stop them trying. I quite like the fact that both have Superstar Strikers and both are deemed not good enough. In fact. Chelsea have Remy and Falcao too. Their 3 must be worthy £80m?

It's reasonable to assume that we would still hold an interest in Berahino and as Mr Pink alluded to, WBA have achieved nothing by holding on to him like they did. He hasn't performed anywhere close to his level this season and now whatever happens, they won't get even remotely close to the offer they had on the table from us before.

I would certainly take him in January if a deal can be done. Enough time has passed since the summer for everyone to have calmed down over this so as long as Jeremy Peace isn't a completely stubborn idiot then there's no reason why a deal can't be discussed amicably between him and Levy.

Andros is clearly on the way out. He's removed all his affiliation to Spurs from his Twitter profile, which however daft sounding, is relevant in this day and age. A player plus cash deal or something similar to what we did with Swansea for Davies/Vorm & Sig wouldn't surprise me.

As far as Kane goes, not even worth a comment it's that ludicrous to even consider that we would sell him.

My number 1 target for this window is Batshuayi. I will be obsessing over his signing from now until end of Jan.

I'd take Berahino as a straight swap for Andros but nothing else... not worth anything like what they wanted!
