Could really be a cracker of a final game against Croatia. Win and England may well win their group (depending on the Croatia-Spain result). Lose and England are relegated.
I'm conflicted, are we actually looking forward to the next International break then?
Personally I am - I quite like them and think it's a nice change of pace from the tension of club football every few days but I know I'm in a minority here on that.

Amazing how pundits and commentators are both saying Kane will be disappointed... No chance, he’s just shown himself to be one of the strongest lone strikers in the game with a great showing of strength, vision and control.

Yep, agree with this. I used to find England games dull, but after the excitement of the WC and the competitiveness of the Nations League, England are enjoyable to watch again. I know some people don't like this new format of competition, but i actually quite like it

Really good to see Dier, Winks and Kane having good games for England.

Let’s hope they bring that form back to us and we start clicking a bit more!

Have to be honest Barkley outshone Winks. Winks did a job defensively but didn't do a great deal going forward looking nervy compared to some of Barkleys forward runs and the clipped ball.

Winks is just coming back from a long term injury to be fair, and he's hardly had any minutes so far this season so was always going to be a long way off his best.

Incredible. Apparently that was spain's first competitive home defeat in 15 years.

My perspective:

4 starters and one ex as sub.
Winks another firm step on the road to recovery.
Kane outstanding.
Dier good
Trips OK.
Henderson in his rightful place.
Barclay better than I thought.

Rashford and Sterling would not have been included
after their shambles against Croatia.
So what do I know.
Pickford been watching too many of those
100 stupid goalkeeping errors on you tube.
Gareth a very nice man and deserves what luck we got.
