Not good. He had alot of poor touches but had a few moments he could have scored. He’s been whaofully out of form this season
How do u like the US' chances with this new generation? Is the hype around Weah real? How do u rate McKinnie, he looks solid the few times I've watched him at Schalke but nothing sensational.

There have been appointed managers who haven’t lasted that long!
We’ve had USSF elections, gm hiring and said gm being a joke at his job and waiting for the retirement league to finish up to name another poor manager whose been the choice since forever so its really not a shock.

Some decent talent in Pulisic, McKinnie and potentially Weah and Sargent. Pulisic is definitely our most promising player but i feel he’s plateau’d a bit with the turmoil BVB were in up until this season wheres he’s been hit with injury and just really poor form. I feel he needs a change of scenery and fast.

Overall, probably a decent chance to make it out of a WC group again(provided we actually make it) but thats about it. One thing notable, none of our players with good potential are from MLS and things dont seem to changing anytime soon. Should pretty much tell you the state the US will continue to be in for years past this cycle.

England have a good chance to win a World Cup again. The US has a shot to make it out of a World Cup group

I can't think of a LB I'd prefer us to sign. Can't see if happening though - Leicester fans hate us and he'd cost stupid money.
If Alex Telles from Porto is unavailable to us, then Chilwell is definitely the one to go for. Looks really impressive.

I’m still absolutely fuming about selling Walker even when they refused to sell Sancho to us in return. He is some player. Would love him at Spurs.

Thing is, if we signed him he would've been playing U21 football and getting the occasional training session with the first team. The only reason we're clamoring for him and he's getting minutes with NT is due to BVB giving youth opportunities to perform and excel.

who's got a brighter future Mexico or USA? From my limited knowledge I really like the next wave of Mexicans if they can transition to Europe.

Rooney played (well) for 45 mins and that's the end of that, now the whole world and its dog can stop the ridiculous OTT faux outrage and stop pretending like they care about his call up and subsuqently suddenly care about intl football and how his call up will do so much harm to the squad and England will go back to picking players who don't deserve caps which has a knock on affect which harms babies or something like that...

Media and some uptight people turned this whole affair into a circus, not Rooney.

We don’t really want to win our Nations League group though do we, because it means Kane et al won’t get next summer off either.

With our Spurs hats on we need our players to have next summer off.

The finals is the 5th to the 9th of June. Unless I'm missing something it's only a couple of games over a week in June?

If we win our group it means we automatically qualify for Euro 2020 so we won't need to play any competetive matches for a year, much better in the long run.
