It's the "fucking hell, he's a ****, I'm such a geezer, I was fucking this girl, I've been drinking a beer and smoking weed maaaaan" type ladishness that made me sack this off. I might give it another go but i didn't warm to any of the previous people before.

They do talk a lot of sense at times but tone it down!

Really like the show, its miles ahead of The Spurs Show and their depressing agenda, didnt take them long to change their anti AVB stance.

Rickypedia needs to come back though!

Best Spurs pod out there IMO, always enjoy listening to it. The episode with Micky Hazard is amazing.

I thought the same. Didn't like the swearing etc but having listen to it more regularly you get to know the "cast" and its a bit easier to take.

Engineer Al is hilarious.

I'll be willing to give it another go as something to pass the time but the last time the only one who could hold a sentence without constantly saying "like" or "erm" was the host. Its so like, annoying when, erm, someone is trying to like, say something about spurs but erm, keeps, erm, stopping before like, making their point. Then when English had alluded them, resorting to shouting out **** and start screaming "yiddo!!!" into the mic. Yes the Spurs show is slightly dull at times and the impressions are truly cringeworthy but its still the best spurs podcast, in my opinion.

Football Weekly, The Game and The Football Ramble are all necessary downloads. The game less so, but still enjoyable just to see how patronising and arrogant Marcotti can get and how much the scouse fella can bum Liverpool before it gets embarassing.

Nice one.

I enjoyed listening to Troy, who seems a thoroughly decent chap and very insightful too.

Some good questions / discussion, even putting aside the overt and perhaps far too obvious hatred of Harry which Troy and the listeners were subjected too briefly (and wasn't really relevant).

Not sure about the length as 30 - 45 mins is more than enough for me, although perhaps others disagree, but I felt it could have been condensed a little more.

I'm also not totally convinced that the stoner has much of a role to play. Admittedly I didn't listen right to the end but his contribution was minimal up until the point where I turned off (60 mins or so). Perhaps he was taking hits off a bong backstage or something.

We have a few beers, mostly with mates, we don't really think about it too much. We never have. We'd probably still meet up and do it if no one listened. We could do it shorter, but we don't really want to.

I started listening around the first 1882 event around Charlton, and I enjoy it. Engineer Al is a ledge, and I find a lot of the comment to fall into two categories - insightful, or deliberately in jest.

There appears to be more guest contributors to the show now, I'm not sure whether that's good or bad. You lose the feeling that its spurs fans chatting about the last few games and that, but you gain a bit more insight into football in general and a bit more of the history of the club and events from a few years ago.

It was very interesting hearing from Troy Townsend about Andros' career, for example. And of course Mickey Hazard should be on every spurs podcast every week.

I want to know how the meat commission are doing.
