Hmm the dirty toilet stuff 2 minutes in.

Even Tim Sherwood would be hovering over the stop button thinking this is a bit lowbrow for me.

I struggled to find a decent Spurs podcast, the spurs show is just annoying. Was listening to some guy interview Darren Anderton, and I was interested to listen to Anderton and his stories but the interviewer just kept interrupting him, complete tool.

As for the this one, worse than the spurs show imo. I am still yet to find anything other than the Guardian weekly that is any good for football podcasts.... Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Hate the idea of the 'lads' having a chat about football idea, who wants listen to some idiot berate Danny Rose for an hour.

You should give it a chance. Thelonious (sp?) can be a bit negative but @Flav is always positive (aside the stadium Ep) and spooky is spot on with most of his stuff.

but you know, fuck spooky.

This is the only Spurs pod I listen to. If you can listen to the Micky Hazzard episode and not get a semi I don't know what wrong with you :D

I do find it a bit hit and miss, but on the whole it gives me more laughs than most other podcasts.

A good way of spending an hour of a long tedious car journey.

I used to like it but after listening to the last one I realised why I stopped listening. Way too laddish for me, and that's me being kind.
I tried again half way through last season and gave up. F'ing and c'ing every other word, no thanks. Mind numbing drivel. The only one I enjoy is 'ohh when the spurs' with Anthony Costa and Richard Cracknell. Only once a month unfortunately. The rest are pretty poor

Even if you don't listen to the rest of the FC Podcasts make sure you listen to the Mickey Hazzard episode. They do let him speak and he's very entertaining.

The only other good Football Podcast I can recommend is the Graham Hunter one that @sidford pointed me to. I've only listened to three so far but he's been talking to Gary Neville, Jamie Carragher, Gordon Strachan and all have been pretty interesting. Well worth checking out.

Check out this thread for more recommendations: http://www.spurscommunity.co.uk/index.php?threads/podcast-recommendations-and-reviews.84635/

Thanks for the tip I'll give it a listen. Hate Liverpool but have enjoyed their pods (anfield wrap, anfield index) for a good year. Fun informative shows with the right amount of banter. Admittedly I only started listening for the delusion factor but now really enjoy them

There's a brilliant one called Life's A Pitch. Not the BT Sport one of that name. One by a group of witty, articulate, intelligent, relatable, and sexually arousing individuals in Malaysia. It airs on BFM89.9 radio then you can download. Every Monday through the season. In the words of one neutral observer,* "it pisses all over Guardian Football Weekly".

*Okay, not that neutral.

I like it, but yeah it is a bit juvenile for me. Also the swearing gets old and also isn't something I want to put on in the car and listen to with my kids in the back (which is generally when I have a little time to listen to podcasts).

For me it's the best one around. If it's like mates having a chat in a pub then thats fine by me. Not fussed about the swearing as I listen to it on my headphones while jogging. It's the only podcast that nearly got me killed crossing a road as laughing so much and not concentrating.

I know this is Flavs thread... But I'm a guest on this weeks the Tottenham way pod. Also did a Redknapp special and the pod after the Arsenal game. Give it a go x

I think TFC is a great podcast. Understandably not for everyone but all the presenters come across as genuine and quite well informed. Fair play.

I often listen at work if I'm doing a mindless task. The story of one of the presenters throwing himself down half a flight of stairs to get out of a day with the family so he could watch Spurs play on tv had me in tears.

After a good result at the weekend I always look out for the new pod release on Tuesday!

Caught up on some TFC podcasts this morning after a few weeks out the game. The one after the Newcastle game that started with Sound of Silence was a quality bit of editing and so apt for spurs .Plus I now have Simon and Garfunkel stuck in my head.

Big fan, keep up the good work and the relentless positivity (except for all the negativity).
