Its amazing too because in the last decade or so since he was successful the game has changed. Now the tour is full of young, fit, big hitters who can easily carry 300 yards off the tee. When Tiger was in his pomp this stood him apart from the field.

Today he showed he can use his brain and game management to get round and his ability to handle pressure is 2nd to none. Will stand him in good stead moving forward.

He also does what great champions do and takes full advantage of any lucky breaks and is totally ruthless when he smells blood. Jumps on any weaknesses in his other competitors.

It’s been coming really as he was close in a couple of other recent majors, but just wasn’t quite consistent enough.

Was a bit gutted as I’d bet on Shauffle and Koepka amongst others, but have to hand it to him to come back like he has. Great scenes and the Masters is always such a good watch coming down that back 9.

Im 1400 richer. That was the greatest comeback in sports history. Tiger had a 4th back surgery just for a chance at a normal life and now he’s won a 5th(!!!!!!!!!!!!!) green jacket. What an awesome scene it was. Pure magic.

Koepka is a big tournament player isn't he?

This Bethpage black is a bit of s monster of a course and he just took it apart.

I backed Day at 22/1. Anyone else have a bet?

I backed Day also at 22/1. Also backed Koepka at 12/1, Schauffele at 28/1 and Finau at 35/1. Plus Rose, Scott and Garcia with some free bets I had. All 10 E/W places.

So I’ve got the whole field covered :D. Going well so far, apart from Sergio.

On another note I'm playing twice a week now and it's great. Waiting for them to give me my handicap now after submitting 3 cards.

Hoping for about an 8 or 9 initially as it'll give me some extra shots.

I was going to, but I would have chosen Koepka, Rose & DJ, and where's the adventure in that!

Well that went from a nice comfortable sit back and collect my winnings to a full on nail biter.

I’m afraid I panicked as much as Keopka did. Stuck £30 on DJ at 4/1 when he closed to within one shot to cover my Keopka bet, but still ended up with a decent profit overall for the tournament.

I fancy Woods to do well at Pebble Beach this week, he loves the place. I have put a few quid on EW at 12/1

Koepka is obviously a danger but his last few rounds have been pretty poor and he has never won an event on the US West Coast.

DJ loves Pebble Beach but I expect him to choke again

Rory has never made the cut at Pebble Beach so I give him no chance,

Outsider for me is Brandon Grace at 150/1

I always follow him, i knew most of the stats myself, don't agree with him about Cantlay though which means he'll probably win it

I think Rory will win The Open next month in Portrush
