Yep. Fantastic to watch that on the front 9 and the run from 3 to 8 was in particular very enjoyable to see Tiger play like that again. A little bit quieter on the back 9 .

Great stuff from Woods. A real comeback. And shame on the TV people for cutting Justin Rose off mid interview. Also, what is it about the pga crowds that makes me turn the sound down...?

It's an amazing experience. I went back in 06 to the K Club on the Sunday and on one of the practice days. It lashed rain the morning of the practice day we went and the USA team played in a 12 ball. They got booed around the course.

The Sunday was one of the greatest and most enjoyable days. I saw loads of golf. Stay in one spot for a while in the morning and once they are all through that start following a group. Do the same in the afternoon to maximise the amount you see is my advice.

I followed Sergio Garcia for 9 holes in the singles, stayed at the 10th for the following few groups and then followed someone up until around the 16th which is where most of the matches were finishing.

Keep an eye on Fridays results to get a feel for where they are finishing. That's where you should wait at the end of the rounds.

Cheers for the advice. I'll hope to pick a good spot then!

USA, USA, USA...I figured I would help my Euro friends out with reminding them who they are competing against. I also figured that since you probably will not hear that chant too frequently this weekend* I would give you a brush-up on the words.

Can’t wait. Have booked tomorrow off work and the only prediction I’ll make is that I probably won’t leave the house for 3 days.

First and last matches tomorrow morning look like potential crackers.

 Youdaman, mashed potatoes, la cheezerie, and getinthehole mofos. I have but 1 jingoistic cell in my body and it comes out right about now. So suck it Gb.

If Furyk had balls he would have had the glorious Yanks Septics (forgive my indiscretion @Gb160 ) land in a small coastal town in northern France swiggin Calvados and chompin Camembert followed by a slow pimp-walk to Paris. You know, just to remind you Euro chumps of the last time we came to dominate and save you from goose steppin and living on bratwurst. Yeah, I played that card again. I love that card as it always wins...I guess one could say it's a...erm...howyousay, a Trump-card bitches. Four more years! Four more years! Four more years!* USA, USA, USA!

*I do not want four more years of Trump. I want impeachment of the most recent stain on American history that is that Orange chimp.

That hat is quality!

Yeah, a little.:D But in my defense I have a little window on my computer screen streaming SkySports' golf channel (it's a totally legal stream, you know, like all the ones you snatch from over here) and they are cramming Ian Poulter down my throat. There is no bigger prick than that ****. I do not like him and that has nothing to do with his ****y RC celebrations and faux passion. Arsenal fan, awful fashion sense and the gall to have a clothing line, shit/overrated golfer, and a classless **** that shows off the trappings of his wealth on social media but doesn't get shit for it.

Believe it or not I watch the Euro tour, LET, and LPGA more than I watch the PGA. That'll change now that Tiger is back to put all the pretenders in their place but watching the Euro tour is 'pleasant' and a welcomed change from the boisterous PGA broadcasts and the, umm, oiks. Plus, the courses are beautiful...at least those on the continent.:sneaky:

Haha, im on PSVue now which gives me the lot...I'd pay for it legally if it wasn't a US only service!
Ill have to watch it on NBC Golf Channel, with their horrifically biased commentary.

Admittedly Poulter's got shit taste in football clubs, but his record in the Ryder Cup pisses all over Tiger's!
